After doing A LOT of research I knew exactly what I wanted: a Toyota Tacoma 4runner, Limited, preowned. Because of Corona I did a couple weeks worth of online shopping and phone calls with dealerships all over the Texa-homa region, and finally set a date to make a round of appointments at four dealerships in one day with the goal of coming home with a new car. Four Stars was my second appointment of the day, and the last one I needed. I worked with Marvin Tate, and he was a phenomenal salesman. He actually listened to all my wants and needs, and he understood and respected my budget instead of pushing the most expensive cars on me just to make a bigger sale. He helped me find the perfect fit, then helped me work a great deal with the manager Dell Pauley before sitting down to crunch the final numbers and sign the paperwork with Gary. I ended up getting a great price on my 4runner, $3500 over the average KBB value for my trade in, a reasonable interest rate, an added warranty, and even some all weather floor heavy duty floor mats all under my original budget. I am extremely happy with the service and professionalism of everyone who helped me find and buy the perfect car, so Four Stars Toyota gets Five Stars from me!

After arriving from Virginia for training at Altus AFB, Brad really helped out my family. First,…read moremy 2003 Honda accord's transmission shot itself while visiting Wichita Falls. Brad diagnosed the repair and apologized as it was so expensive to fix (it cost more than the car's resale value). Thus, I wanted to make sure our only car left, our 2008 Suburban which was having revving issues and an oil leak, was good for a cross country drive to Pittsburgh. Another place in town (not a dealer) told my wife it would be approximately $2500+ to fix the problem. Brad did a diagnostic on it and fixed several items that had actually been missed by 4 years of Virginia mechanics! Total cost? $189!! He could have charged half of the other quoted price and we would have been ecstatic, but he showed me the prices for the parts and the hours of labor done and how that was the only thing that was needed. When you look up "Honest Mechanic" in the dictionary, there should be a picture of him! A couple of weeks later, in order to replace the Honda, I bought a friend's 2008 Enclave which had been serviced at the local GM dealership. I took it to Brad who diagnosed MAJOR issues with the car that was CLEARED as "good to go" by a GM dealer!! He (again) was so apologetic and said, "buying this car would be the worst mistake you could ever make" and didn't even charge me for that diagnostic. Talking to Brad makes you think of great surgeons who've been to school for many years to get to know the body inside and out. Brad knows cars: foreign, domestic, old and new. He is an excellent mechanic and is PERSONALLY responsible for saving my family THOUSANDS of dollars. I am very grateful for his hard work and dedication to his customers. He and his team can find and fix the problem quickly and effectively for a VERY fair price and he's a great guy and very friendly to talk to (throughout my weeks of stopping by his shop I had a couple very pleasant conversations with him about our families). When I picked up the camper, they washed it and all but didn't remove the stickers from the front nose cap of the unit. That should have been my first warning sign. I drove home 5 hours and upon getting it parked, went to remove the 2015 sticker that was on it. Upon removing it, I found that the gelcoat was damaged into the fiberglass on the nosecap. I contacted the sales person who said she'd have Tony, the owner contact me. I patiently waited and finally called several more times only to talk to Tony once and when he found out who I was went to "put me on hold" and hung up. I talked to Bridget who said she'd talk to the owners and have been totally ghosted to this day. I would say if you go to buy from them, be sure to check and double check it over for damage and consider a professional inspection from a third party.
