Well, they broke the side venting kit and left my dryer venting to the inside of the dryer itself! A huge fire hazard. As I was trying to connect it back myself I noticed quite a bit of lint, so I pulled the pipes out just to find that my new LG washer/dryer was a used model. Update: Lee & Jack's eventually agreed to replace the unit.

We purchased this item as a gift and was immediately wrapped as such. It wasn't opened by the recipient until beyond 14 days meaning BestBuy will not support in anyway. Please learn from our misfortune and buy elsewhere! Your hard earned dollars deserve better after sale support. Considering Crutchfield would be one suggestion.

I engaged Pioneer customer service and they agreed that it is a warranty repair. The only location for this work to be done is Blue Chip Electronics. Blue Chip has hours that would make a banker blush & customers hate. Close at 5:30 everyday except for Thursday and no weekend hours, even for drop off/pickup. Blue Chip is located in Anderson which is incredibly inconvenient for 90% of Cincinnati's population. The building smells like 38 cigarettes are kept perpetually lit in the ventilation system. Exactly what I want in my delicate electronics: smoke and ashes. I was told they won't be able to "get it on the bench until 3-5 days." Car-X repairs my car in under 4 hours. Blue Chip can't LOOK at something for days. Their Better Business Bureau rating is an F. That probably speaks the loudest. After dropping off my receiver, I promptly went to H.H. Greg to purchase a new one. Who knows what Blue Chip will end up doing to mine old one... Update: One week later, I receive a call. Receiver is fixed. I go on the only day which they have hours that permit working adults to patron their shop: Thursday. The office still smells like a cigarettocalypse. It's been fixed requring the highly time consuming and labor intensive miracle of "reset microchip." Nice job guys. It took you 7 days to punch in a reboot code. I upped the star rating to 2. They fixed the thing in under a month. I guess that's something. If they aren't doing free warranty work for you, I'd avoid at all costs. Slow, smelly, inconvenient & a BBB rating that only Amway would be jealous of.

I scheduled a TV delivery and installation and was really looking forward to getting everything set up, but what should have been simple turned into a week of no-shows, missed calls, and broken promises. I never received the confirmation call I was promised. The next day I was told I'd be contacted again -- no call. My appointment was rescheduled for Sunday morning, but no one ever arrived. I kept being told I'd get callbacks within an hour or within 24 hours, but none of them ever happened. I even visited the store twice hoping to finally get answers. Each time I was reassured that the issue was "expedited," yet no one followed up. I spent more than an hour on hold with customer service, and the escalation calls disconnected before I could even get a case number. It honestly felt like no department was taking responsibility or even noticing how much time I was losing. What's most disappointing is how disheartening the whole process has been. I tried to be patient and understanding, but it's hard not to feel overlooked when you keep doing everything right and still receive no help or communication. I truly hope Best Buy improves their delivery and communication process. No customer should feel this ignored or stuck chasing down answers for something they paid for in good faith.

Charlotte Johnston filed my taxes in 2019 and 2020. She didn't like it when I requested a "clean"…read morecopy of my 2019 tax forms. She said that's what she gave all her clients. My previous CPA provided it. Everything I received had "COPY" across the entire page on every page. She sent another copy. Some of the forms were missing, but she did include a copy of the PAYROLL information for her office. When I called her to request the rest of my forms, I informed her about the mistake. I wonder to this day if she sent my tax forms to someone else. She also argued with me about providing her a form. The government does not provide the form until one month after taxes are due. She should have known that. She also "chastised" me for yelling at her in an email. She said I typed in all caps. Wrong again. I type in BOLD (but not CAPS) letters as I am partially blind & that enables me to see better. That was totally unprofessioinal. In 2020 I realized she had omitted a form for my 2019 taxes. She immediately tried to pin it on me saying I hadn't given her the information, but I most certainly had. She agreed to file an amended 2019 form at her expense. I waited and called twice and emailed. After 6 months I received a call from another tax agency saying they were filing the amended return. She had "farmed" it out without telling me. They emailed me some documents to mail to the IRS and told me to send it certified. They provided an address in CALIFORNIA to mail the return. At this point, everything they did was suspect, so I checked the address on the IRS website. It was supposed to be mailed to Ogden, UTAH. When I contacted them, they said they needed to update their software. Ya think??? I was so leery that I called the IRS, waited and hour and a half to talk to a human, and was told I did not need an amended return, but only needed to mail in the missing form as the taxes were paid correctly. She should have know that as well. Needless to say, will not be going back.

Charlotte boasts that she touches and reviews every return close to 650 she indicated. We were treated very poorly when we asked questions and Charlotte's body language indicated her frustration by asking questions. I met her at Bob Evans in Mason as we both frequented there. I should have recognized how poorly the client experience would be after I saw how rude she was to the servers when they didn't get her eggs perfect. I learned afterwards from the servers, no one likes to wait on her fur young kind attitude. I would not recommend this firm as they're under-staffed and if it's true Ms. Johnston hurry's through 650 returns, you can expect errors as we did. On top of it we received a letter from her after our first year saying she no longer wanted us as a client. Look else where, she's an older lady who's not very kind and respectful to her clients. The Client Experience was horrible!
