On Friday, 05-10-24, I knew finding someone would be difficult and likely impossible. I received "first available service dates" from next Tuesday to the 20th! What a huge blessing to have found DEPENDABLE PLUMBING/HEATING AND AIR SERVICES, LLC! From the initial call with Mrs. Shawna, who was so sweet and understanding, I knew our prayers had been answered! She told me that Mr. Michael would return my call and within 30 minutes he did! They're both animal lovers and knowing that our sweet Tucker was suffering along with us touched their hearts and Mr. Michael was at our home within 45 minutes! He quickly detected a leak and absolutely no Freon, within a short period, we could feel the humidity and heat starting to subside, Heavenly relief! The total charge was very reasonable as they absolutely saved us from having to find a hotel room for the weekend at the very least. They could have easily charged us an exorbitant "emergency call" fee, they didn't. They're a local business (actually two businesses, the plumbing operation is their son-in-law's). You're not dealing with a huge impersonal corporation, you have an honorable, honest, and kind family-operated business who really cares about you, your furry family members, and our community! In the future, we will continue to reach out to both of the organizations if we ever need HVAC or plumbing needs! We sincerely recommend this company with absolutely no reservations! They're hands-down the BEST!

We built a 4-story house with 3 systems that Gideon installed a year ago. They've been out initially to check our systems when we moved out, another time to adjust the airflow on one of our levels, and twice for our routine semi-annual service calls. We are fans and feel their annual maintenance contract is priced very fairly. If you're looking for a quick, one-time service call that you think is good and cheap, without having any relationship, that's going to be difficult anywhere. Now - my review: We had our Spring Tune-up today and Emilio was excellent. This is the 4th visit we've had from Gideon during our first year in our new house here, and everybody -- every time -- has been excellent. Each one has known what he was doing, communicated with us well (polite, informative, patient, not curt or rushed), and left us happy with Gideon. We have several different service providers and Gideon ranks high among them. Also: The office staff (appointments, billing) are always friendly and on-the-ball (some places you may get one or the other; in Gideon's office, it's both). You'll see their vans everywhere. Walk up to a house and ask the owner. Gideon's word-of-mouth reputation locally is very positive.

My family had to stay somewhere else for a week during the major water and mold remediation They knew we have a young family and infant. The bed and crib were in the damaged room. We also had to pay professional cleaners due to this. Shockingly, would not make us whole, despite them causing the damage and us providing documentation of the few expenses we sought at the time. In my opinion, they just didn't want to cut into their bottom line and would rather take the risk we will not sue them. When we tried to speak with the GM He would not even speak with us. The part was covered under manufacturers warrantee. Simple job. No estimate provided by tech or owner. Was hit with a $1000 invoice with no prior authorization from me. Invoice was not itemized. Just a number, apparently pulled out of thin air. When questioned they knocked off a $99 service fee they fully intended on charging on top of service fee related to replacing a bad coil. I own 5 homes locally, so the search for a high-integrity tech continues.

Contacted Rias Air due to ongoing issues with my HVAC that I've had numerous other service…read moreproviders attempt to resolve without success. Lee, the owner, was very professional and responsive, quickly assessing our problem finding the cause of our issue. During the repair, both Lee and Matt, through their extensive experience, noticed something seemed off with a particular noise that was emitting from the unit and upon disconnecting the line at our evaporator, located a drive bit socket that was left inside near the 90. Lee and Matt finalized the repair and my HVAC is working exceptionally well. Needless to say, I highly recommend Rias Air. They're a small company but that enables Lee to provide the quality service and attention that is so very much needed in this profession.
