It was a technically difficult adjustment, but he knew what he was doing and fixed the problem. All of the set screws on the three hinges needed adjustment which is like choreographing a musical interlude. This along with tightening the hinges themselves along with the deadbolt and the door knob made the day. Bottom line, my Kathryn is overjoyed. What a birthday present for her! Ingram Brothers is a great organization and Chris is a dedicated employee. I highly recommend any job that they may take on.

Second, whole body paint 3 colors with fantastic attention to detail. I hired Gator strong to replace the fence around my A/C units and garbage cans. They came out to my…read morehouse, took measurements and provided me with an estimate. I agreed to the estimate. I was sent a contract to sign and signed it. I should have read the contract with a fine tooth comb. There is a clause in there that allows them to change the final price if they feel they need to. They did not tell me it was going to be more money prior to performing the work or even at the time they felt it was going to be more involved. It wasn't until I got the final invoice that they added $500 to a $1600 estimate. In addition I had to have the just about redo the entire job due to poor workmanship. The skeleton of the fence was done terribly. The cuts looked like a child did them. The had to send a separate crew the next day to start over. I imagine this is why the determined to add $500 to the cost of the of the job. Bottom line buyer beware. This is a predatory type contract. They even wanted me to sign a document that gave them the ability to debit my account as soon as the job was done. Thankfully I didn't allow that. In the end I elected to pay the money on the advice of my attorney. I do not recommend them due to this predatory contract they use.

Following an inspection, he offered professional guidance in the selection of materials to be used. He maintained communication while we waited for the materials to arrive, an installation date was set & the crew arrived on time. During installation , Dax was concerned about a pending weather forecast calling for rain. They worked Saturday & Sunday to complete the job ahead of the storm. RGR replaced a pretty complex roof for us on our oceanfront home. The roof is a low slope roof and is metal framed and welded to the metal frame of the actual home. We initially spoke with Elliot Rue and from the first conversation, we could tell this company focuses on quality detailed work not just turning a job. Both the owner, Greg, and Greg Ford met us at the house to go over the specifics of the job and the logistics of moving and storing materials on the barrier island. We were kept in the loop throughout the process and we sent many pictures during installation. I am impressed with the skill of the crew as well as the oversight by both owner and supervisor as the work progressed. We will be meeting this fall to go over some other upgrades to our house.
