The contract was very specific and I new what to expect throughout the season. What I didn't expect was each time the lawn was mowed the landscapers were did not spend more than 15 minutes on the property. I was told because of my location, 20 minutes from there office, transportation was deducted from time spent on the property. This meant after the mowing, the clean up was barely done. All the debris blown into the street and was not cleaned up. To be honest, I was embarrassed at what not only I had to look at and my neighbors as well. I made several calls to Jenn the property manager for our location and a million excuses were made. The last straw was the fall clean up. At the last lawn cut, all the leaves were blown under the shrubs and trees on the property. I spoke with the landscape manager on site and was told this is how they handle fall clean up and another crew would be coming in about a month. I stated this was totally unacceptable and I wanted it cleaned immediately. Needless to say, I was not happy and again I spoke with Jenn who was less than helpful. I requested Jenn to come down in March 2025 to go over what my expectations would be going forward and this request was denied as she stated oh we don't do that.
