They know exactly how to bring trees down efficiently and with no damage. They are easily able to spot where trees should be trimmed / taken down and give you a thorough explanation. No upsell here-- Dan will tell you like it is and will tell you straight out if something needs to be done, if it can wait, or if you don't need to do it. They are super responsive and have a big specialized crew. Their clean up is incredible-- no branches, no twigs, no wood chips are left -- they rake and use the blowers and pick every little thing up. I don't know how you can take 3 huge trees down and leave no mess at all but they do. Finally, the thing that won me over initially was when they responded to us after heavy storms hit the town. Ultimately, the job we agreed to with contract was not done to completion, in spite of the assistant's insistence that it was. The owner was not on the job EITHER day and this is important. While the crew came back to attempt to complete the original job ( we appreciated that!), the owner was not there. The result was that the job is currently STILL not what we agreed upon. The owner is not willing to return to finish it. Caveat emptor...just know that if the job is not done according to agreement, you will have trouble reaching the owner and it will not be made right. We really wanted to have a great experience!

Finally we were given a date of 2/6, and it got changed to 2/7. My car was moved at the time requested by them. They had their equipment taking up spaces ALL DAY LONG. Finally i see them over by the tree at 1:30 pm. I'm thinking YAY, Finally! Only to get home 2 hours later to find out they didn't touch the branch. They claimed they "ran out of time". We were told they would come back the next day as long as they had space for equipment, THEY DID HAVE PLENTY OF SPACE. They never came back. Its one BRANCH that needs to be cut. ONE. We have no idea when they will be back. And good luck to me with tomorrow's noreaster coming, lets hope the branch come down from the weight of the snow onto my son or myself. Horrible company.
