I'm so glad I found this chiropractic center. I came in with a lot of pain in my neck that went down one of my shoulders and even a part of my arm. The staff turned this injury around and I felt so much better after. This is easily the most thorough chiropractic office I have ever been to, and I've been to quite a few over the course of my life. With my insurance, I had to pay full price for a short period of time, but even the full price ($80) is worth it for what I got. Wilshire Center Chiropractic is the only place that immediately x-rayed and then treated my immediate injury in the same day. Wilshire Center Chiropractic listened to my problems and provided feedback and addressed my concerns with their professional opinions rather than ignoring me and dictating common treatment. The spine specialist prescribed me tylenol, which i did not bother fulfilling at a pharmacy. Came here for NUMEROUS injuries. This is owned by two chiropractors who also happen to be a married couple. VERY courteous. My first injury that I came for was my slightly fractured patella that did not require surgery but treatment was necessary. I first came in on crutches with no dire attention of walking anytime soon. But after three sessions that consisted of planting massagers around my kneecap that released the muscle spasm to allow blood flow and then using some ultrasound machine to speed up the healing of the bones, I was able to walk again. This all happened during the three sessions I spent in a single week. A year and half later, I came back because my knee still had some issues and by then, I also had a broken ankle. But chiropractic treatment is limited when dealing with orthopedic screws and plates. I have a plate and six screws on my left ankle and therefore, to open the flexibility of my ankle, the doctors here used massagers again to release the muscle spasms so that my ankle has more room to extend. I only went three times and I felt improvement but not enough. No one is more responsible for that then me because I should be coming back more. At the same time, they were giving the same treatment to my knee and it is feeling much better. Not only does their courtesy bring me back, but their effectiveness. If I were to consistently receive treatments here, I would certainly be in better shape and health. Nevertheless, come here for your issues. No matter what the injury is, each session is only $50! More than affordable. Yet, it was funny to hear the patient in the other room ask for the service to be free just cause he's old. read more
