The balconies are really nice too. I lived in the third floor and really loved it. My dog loved the balcony too. There are a lot of windows in the apartments so there is a ton of natural lighting. There isn't covered parking but unattached garages are available for additional charge. I did rent a garage and it was worth every penny. I highly recommend the garages especially in winter weather. The manager was extremely nice and helpful and maintenance was average. Not exceptional but not awful. I would definitely live here again. it's also in a great area! You literally have everything you need in close proximity. The grocery store and the shopping mall are all within walking distance, not to mention a ton of other places.
