When I had a few questions before scheduling, the dispatcher/scheduler offered to get a tech on the phone for me to talk with. When one wasn't immediately available, said she'd call me back when a tech could talk, and they actually did call back timely. The tech offered clear helpful advice. Scheduled service, and tech showed up at the arranged time. Friendly, very knowledgeable, did an excellent job. He even made sure the site was completely cleaned up before finishing. No surprises, the price was as quoted, and the work was exactly as expected. Would not hesitate to recommend, and will certainly be calling them again.

They told me that it could be fixed. I paid over $500 and have them come out twice because it never would fill up properly. I had the motherboard replaced approximately a year prior to that by another company that did an excellent job so I knew it wasn't the motherboard. And that's what they confirmed as well. They told me that they would refund the labor, which was around $250. I kept checking my bank account and they never refunded it. I reached out to them and let them know and they adamantly said that they had credited my account back. I reached out to my Bank who also sent me confirmation that it was never credited because the account was closed out. My bank sent that information to me and I gave it to Lee Company. They kept saying they would check into it. They never got back to me when they finally did get back to me because I initiated they stood by what they said that they had credited it back, even though my bank said that absolutely never happened and my account showed it was never credited. We went back-and-forth they continually lied so at the end of the day they took my money and ran! I also spent $9000 getting a new air-conditioning system. They never have come out to do any sort of maintenance on it. Not even the six month check up that other companies give to you like Donelson Air and Hiller. I had also used them for a clients house. They had all their cast-iron plumbing pipes changed to the updated PVC Lee Company only changed some of them and misled my client to thinking that it was all completed. She only found out. They lied when we had a contractor out there to crawl under the house and saw that Lee Company did a really shotty job. I would not ever recommend this company buyer beware! They are not reputable. They are not honest and they are not trustworthy.

Nothing fancy; just clean and check the unit for the summer. That's when they came to my house and told me that my unit had over five problems, including leaking refrigerant, bad capacitors, electrical work, etc. Funny enough, their first quote was for 8k, which was to "fix these terrible problems." However, they gave me another crazier solution, to get a brand new unit, which was only 2 tons for a small house for 11k. Kid, you not. I went and got a second opinion, and as I suspected, my HVAC connections weren't the prettiest, but had no problems. The other HVAC professional also found out that they only cleaned a portion of the unit, so he installed a new disconnect, re-did my drain line, sealed my flashing, and rewashed my unit for $600 bucks. Do it at your own risk. I have never seen something like this, not even when I used to live in NY they tried to upcharge me like that.

I was really cheering for him to deliver on promises that were repeatedly left unfulfilled. I had to stay on top of the process with Rusty the entire time. I am still waiting to hear back about warranty coverage. It's common for 2 weeks to go by and I have to follow up again only to be left with no response. I no longer trust that Climate Pro will honor any installation work. Rusty will tell you that he'll take care of all concerns and then not follow up or show up. When one pays over $7K for a new unit installation and duct work, there should be some guarantee of work and a responsive line of communication. My advice for future customers...If you really are compelled to work with Climate Pro, then I'd suggest you hold onto your money until every promise is fulfilled. Do not leave one thing undone, not matter how small. But be warned about the vacant promises... There can be no warranty for his installation work if he is not dependable.

When I called to say we hadn't signed the agreement and wasn't told when to expect anyone and that it felt unprofessional.... The owner immediately apologized, updated the quote, and even deducted a small amount from the invoice to express his honest apologies for the inconvenience (a gracious, professional, and appreciated response). It's easy to feel protective when multiple members of your family are high risk during a pandemic and you're wiping out your savings to pay for an unexpected breakdown of a large appliance and Climate Pro made sure we felt secure before starting the job, including wearing masks even while outdoors. They completed the new install and cleanly knocked out stone to reroute ductwork for a packaged unit in half a day, as well as disposing of any sign of the old unit. I genuinely appreciate the patience, communication, incredibly fast and clean work from this company and would recommend.
