I have been a customer now of Dr. Wilson now for several cleanings, a extraction of a wisdom tooth and most recently two fillings. So far I have been very happy with the whole experience. The office is beautiful and clean and the office staff has always been friendly and professional. I have always been seen in a timely fashion and they have always answered any questions I have had to my satisfaction. During all the procedures they have all been very attentive to my comfort level and I have had minimal discomfort. I also feel confident that should I feel any pain that the procedure would be stopped and steps to correct the issue would be taken before continuing. I am very holistic and naturopathic in my health care approach and try to keep radiation exposure to a minimum as well as avoiding fluoride and they are accommodating to my wishes in this regard which means a lot to me. The billing dept. has been really wonderful in explaining the cost of each procedure and scheduling appointments as well as billing our insurance. They also offer a easy text reminder and confirmation for upcoming appointments which I appreciate. 5 stars and a healthy smile in my book. read more

I was nervous to get my teeth worked on because the last time it took 12 shots to get numb. I went here to get a broken tooth fixed and they did it with ease. They have a variety of techniques and medications to get the job done and I didn't feel a thing during my root canal. Dr. C and Lauren worked quickly and carefully and it was done in under an hour, and I had almost no pain afterward. I had heard all kinds of horror stories about root canals but it was really no big deal. The office is very clean and the staff is very friendly. No one tried to upsell me on fluff services and they kept me fully informed on everything they were doing and all the medications used and prescribed. My last few experiences with a dentist had left much to be desired. After 10 years without dental care I decided to go to Wilson and Wilson and was pleasantly surprised! First off their office is extremely professional, courteous, and prompt. Their paperwork had questions that made sense, and they read it! I marked no to teeth whitening and nobody pressured me to change my mind. After a thorough initial visit I was presented with what all I need done and they worked with me to make a care plan. They gave multiple options and helped me choose what worked best with my insurance. I've had a root canal, filling, and my teeth deep cleaned this year and spent less than $40. The best part for me is that they let me know what they're working on and check in to make sure I'm alright and not getting anxious. I pretty much rave about this office to everyone I talk to that is looking for a dentist. Everyone is friendly, they explain what is going on and make sure to reassure you that could be needed. Both Dr. Michelle Wilson and Dr. Christian Wilson are fantastic and will let you know what is happening and what options you have. I just recently went in after 10 years of having a full check up, the hygienist I do believe her name was Christine, was Fantastic, talked the whole way through explaining what was happening, Dr. Christian came in and did the same thing as they probed my mouth. I take my two small kids to Wilson and Wilson Dentisty and they actually look forward to their visits! The staff go above and beyond to make it fun for the kids. They make balloon animals with the gloves, get to pick prizes from the treasure chest (and it takes them forever because there is a huge variety - usually they get more than one), stickers and pencils. There are also monthly color contests where the kids can win movie tickets. Aside from all the fun, they are gental but efficient in getting the job done. I've been going to Wilson and Wilson since I moved back to Chehalis about 7 years ago. Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly and professional from the receptionist, to accounting, dental hygienists, assistants and the dentists. Typically I hate dentist. This has been a SUPER positive experience all the way around. They actually listen to what I am feeling in my mouth and what I'm wanting done. Their pricing I believe is very fair and the all the staff is very friendly. They were very nice and sent a rx for pain killers over to the pharmacy to make aure it would be ready by the time my appt was over to help make sure I would be able to get pain meds before everything wore off. They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, I don't think I've ever had to give my name, they just know who I am. Always greeting me with a smile. I mentioned I didn't like the sound of drills and they gave me a free set of headphones to listen to music :) I'm 6 months pregnant and they were very accommodating to my needs on that front as well.
