So I went and watched as Michael connected the wiring and he allowed me to ask questions so it went over a couple hours and I let him milk the clock a little bit so when it was all said and done the bill was $525.00! Not a problem. However , when I finally was able to complete the driver download I noticed that the HDD was not functioning correctly and the led on the case was not working. So I reached out to Micheal at Wilson computer to explain the issue with the system and what to do. He said I could bring it in or he could come out...I thought ok great so I asked him was this still part of the $525.00 I already spent which was way more than it should have been especially since he charged me for 30 minutes that I wasn't even there. Still no problem. But now I'm disappointed because the system is not complete! So I have to pay someone else to complete the job for which I already paid handsomely for.
