I carried my wife's vehicle in for an issue with alternator after getting all kinds of different opinions from the so called reputable place. I dropped it off and had my wife bring me back home. I got a call in about 1 hour telling me her vehicle was ready and when they gave me the price, I was more than excited, It was very reasonable! I carried my neighbors truck to them after the so called reputable place kept it for two weeks and said they couldnt find anything wrong with it and why it wouldnt start. Within minutes of driving it, I found a broken door lock, non-functional windshield sprayers, visible underbody damage, 3 chips in the windshield, and misaligned wheels causing a crooked steering wheel -- something they'd have noticed the second they sat in the driver's seat.
