So we had a smallish remodel project in our garage that involved adding a partition wall, finishing out drywall and painting. The construction part of it was fine in general. When we got to the drywall part, and it was "finished" we had a fairly serious flaw / defect that made the entire project unsatisfactory. Talking with Justin at Puget Services, we was very responsive and just about as upset as we were over the problem. Together, we were able to come up with a solution that did not cost them a whole lot of money to re-do, and fully met our needs and expectations. In the end, the project came out stunning. And just a word about the team. The people that work for this company are the nicest, most professional "handy-men" that I have ever dealt with. So it is great when a company does everything right every time, but when you have an issue, and they can fix it and keep everyone happy, AND get a great review and a repeat customer, that is something great.

The day of the walk through I waited for an hour and they never showed up. I called and texted multiple times, finally someone picked up said they were sick and not coming. I chose to find a different company as I felt like Bravo failed the job interview. I will never fault someone for being sick, but if you have to cancel your schedule call your customers or text. If they had just given me the heads up I would have happily rescheduled, but they didn't have the common curtesy so I couldn't use them.

It was discovered that the section of the roof that included the skylights had been improperly installed prior to our ownership. We immediately changed our contract to include repairing the entire roof and that included replacing the sheathing, felt and shingles. This repair was done in the depth of winter. It was raining and cold. Precision Construction & Painting worked straight through the week (and a holiday), late into the nights (with portable lighting) and got our house fixed, safe and dry.
