These guys are friendly and professional and offer premium services. But, let me just preface my…read morecomments with the fact that I was grumpy with them for the past six months because everything took longer and cost much more than I expected. However, this was the first time I had dealt with such a situation (bathroom flooded and seeped to the rest of the condo and the floors needed to be redone). I didn't realize there were three different areas of work that needed to be done: mitigation and cleaning, deconstruction, and reconstruction. I thought "mitigation and cleaning" was the sum total of what needed to be done and inclusive of everything. I had no understanding that there were three phases. It could be that someone in the company tried to explain it to me, I don't know. I was dealing with too much at the time (health concerns, a mother with health concerns, moving, etc.) and nothing was going right and it made me really grumpy thinking about how much money was going toward this project and how long it was taking. However, the Cleaner Guys continued to be professional and polite throughout the experience. Once they were done with the flooring and repairs I was very, very happy. They did a fantastic job not only with the flooring, but also with repairs, repainting, replacing, etc., and the condo almost feels like a brand new home. I am very happy with the work that they did. Just remember that it will cost more and take longer than you expect it to. It's not going to be a sprint. It's going to be a marathon.

This company was extremely disappointing to work with. Earlier this year, I hired them to complete…read morerepairs after an appliance-related flood in my home. What should have been a straightforward restoration turned into a frustrating process that lasted more than three months. Even now, there are still unfinished items that have not been addressed, forcing me to hire another company to complete the work. I sent a detailed four-page list to the owner outlining the deficiencies, incomplete work, and ongoing concerns. The only response I received was that these must be "new issues" because their company would never leave a job in that condition. Unfortunately, that response did not address any of the actual problems, and I have not heard from The Cleaner Guys since. The company sent an unqualified contractor to perform the reconstruction work, resulting in numerous deficiencies that required another contractor to spend an additional five days correcting. When I asked when the remaining items would be completed, I was told they could send the same individuals back--the same people whose work had already required extensive repairs. I declined to have them return because of the damage caused during the original work, including a hole in my wall and damage to my entertainment center during reinstallation. One of the most concerning discoveries involved the crawlspace. Wet insulation had been removed but was left in bags underneath my home. Instead of properly completing the work, new insulation was simply thrown into the crawlspace. This was discovered a few weeks later during a separate inspection. I also identified charges submitted to my insurance company for work that was never completed. After I questioned these discrepancies, the company ultimately waived the balance they claimed I owed. That response only raised additional concerns about the accuracy of their billing practices. As a single mother, I felt that this company assumed I would not question the quality of the work or recognize the issues that existed. Fortunately, I sought independent opinions and documented the deficiencies. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you are looking for quality workmanship, accountability, and timely completion of your project, I would strongly encourage you to choose another company.
