***HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*** We recently moved to Ramona. During the inspection it was noted that the sliding door lock was broken. We had to do it old school with a security 'stick' (piece of wood) to prevent the door from sliding. What a pain. We called the manufacturer (Milgard) and they referred us to Wilson Glass. THANK YOU WILSON GLASS. I reached out to them and got in contact with Shelby. What a gem. She had me send pictures of the my door and handle. Without even knowing the make or model of the door, she was able to do some research and quickly find out what part I needed. In addition, she worked with the team at Wilson Glass and actually was able to find the part at their store. We setup a time to pick it up and when I got there she told me it was free. Free??? Wow, I understand it may not have been an expensive part but this just shows you what type of company this it. I appreciate how professional, courteous, and helpful they were. They made my week and I will work with them on any of my sliding door or window related projects. What a positive impression Wilson Glass made on a new community member. I will always remember this. Not only did he refused but he simply walked away and said "I don't wear masks" and said it's his own business and he can work with whomever he wants. I worked closely with Shelby who provided amazing customer service while we figured out what windows we needed to replace. Unfortunately the business owner Tim refused to enter our house wearing a mask at our request to measure the windows. Instead of being polite, he turned and walked away and refused to even discuss our request. The only reason I'm giving this two starss is one star for Shelby who also handled it very well when we called to cancel, and a star for the fact that they are returning our entire deposit immediately. read more

Thank You Wilson Glass....My New Frameless Glass Shower Door is Beautiful. Our Price was well below other estimates, and install was quick, easy and clean. Took us years to take the plunge into doing this, and we are so happy with the results. Our Shower is a 42" Square. Finding the correct combination of door opening and stationary part was a lesson in research, and then the costs were all over the place. Tim was able to give us a 30" opening 3/8" glass that feels solid...which is awesome. Stationary side is just 12" and set into a track for better stability. And and and....the Doors and hardware are such a beautiful finish to the Shower. Tim, Margi, and Phillip...you kept it Painless. Hey folks, don't let one bad review put this Company down on your list. It is not their intention to piss anyone off. If a call doesn't get handled quite right in someone's opinion, then try again. Tim Wilson and his crew are simply the best -- best workmanship, best products, and best price. Tim works efficiently and typically completes the job in one visit. He is pleasant and fair to deal with. He replaced two gigantic single pane glass pocket doors at my house. It was a big job that required experience and skill. Tim surveyed the job, figured out how to remove the massive doors, replaced the old non-safety glass with safety glass, and buttoned everything up in a matter of hours. This company installed my shower enclosure and I have been happy with it so far. Afraid if I have issues, the owner Tim, will not come out. Instead of having a happy repeat customer, he refused to install wardrobe closet doors for me because I wanted to make sure the vendor didn't send him chipped or scratched wood! Why would I want to pay for that?? He didn't want to deal with possible issues and rather defer me to Home Depot. I have never had a place of business refuse my business so this was a little disconcerting. I love my bathroom enclosure. Keep in mind, he plans to retire and no family member will take over the business, so I wasn't loving hearing this in case I have issues down the road, they will be long gone! Needed a Milford sliding patio screen replaced. Emailed them once, called them once, even drove out to Ramona once to their business to explain in person what I needed. Nothing complicated.
