I gutted my house in 2018 everything was replaced, so of course I thought this can't be. I called Blue and they came right out. Well there was a major problem with my main unit. It was a Trane so they asked if I wanted them to call Trane and see if there was a warranty on it. I said yes. I had refinanced my home since putting in the unit, Trane's paperwork showed that it had sold and the warranty was no longer valid, the work needing done was going to cost me $6k. I had to call the company that put the system in, they came out, made the same assessment Blue had and charged me almost $200 for it and then came and fixed the warranted part, not for a small fee either. I contacted Blue after I got back from my vacation because I still hadn't received a bill from when they came out. I got an email back saying they make free estimates and I will not be charged for that service. I will always call Blue, you should too!

Repair day came and he fixed it on Wednesday well Thursday night I set my dishwasher to run overnight at 1am. I was awaken by beeping sound which was my leak detector thank goodness I have one. I put the leak detector out from under the sink and started filling around and it was soaking wet, I mean, soaking and wet. I stopped the dishwasher and then the dishwasher started draining. It wasn't draining into the sink. It was draining into my cabinet under the sink, it was flooding my kitchen. I opened the dishwasher to stop it from running looked around and realize that it was not connected to the garbage disposal so instead of the water draining into the drain, it was draining into my cabinet. My cabinet has water damage now. I am airing it out and trying to dry it with a fan. Before I went back to sleep, I called the company to ask for a different repair guy to come out and make sure everything was connected properly. 8:10AM I called the company again to speak to a person no answer, at 9 AM I called the company no answer at a quarter till 10. I still have no replyNo call back no nothing. I called the home warranty company and asked for a different company to make sure that everything was tightened with my dishwasher so I don't have a flood again. I do not trust K&L appliance repair.
