The woman that works the Canada Post counter is always super helpful. She always takes the time to explain my options, is kind, smiles and engages my children in friendly conversation. Not only that, I always feel I'm treated fairly. The shipping cost came in considerably less that the other shipping outlet I had to walk out on and the package weight at Canada Post was the same as the weight I got on my own scale at home which was also much less than the other courier where the weight came in higher. I will definitely continue to come here for all of my shipping. The excellent and friendly service makes a huge difference. :)

Then starts questioning us on not purchasing other things in the area that we had nothing to do with. on our way to checkout she is following us talking to another lady calling us "pesky teenagers" then before we leave she stops us and again and berates us then watched us leave. She literally accused me of lying. I said forget it I'll purchase them elsewhere. She didn't end it there she followed me and continued talking about it! My daughter just moments before, was preparing to purchase derma blend foundation.The woman argued with her about the correct shade! This took place at 4:40pm Monday April 3rd. This woman was INCREDIBLY rude!!! There used to be such a helpful kind lady there.DO NOT SHOP THERE.... Overheard her giving another lady a difficult time over a gift card visa. My dad died last night-spent a full week crying anticipating him leaving this earth and needed cover up for my overcried blotchy skin. Nobody deserves to be treated this way

Went into this Uptown New Westminster location of 'London Drugs' recently. Arrived at about 9 am…read more(the store opens at 8 am) - I had some shopping 'thoughts' within two departments in mind. First stop -- to cosmetics - seeking a particular body lotion for my lady. Success - found it, took it over to the nearest available service counter, and paid for it. Second stop -- to computer sales & service - seeking computer-related 'looks, info, and help' at some specific products for myself, and daughter. I looked around, and being the only customer within the department at the time, after a while, with no offer of any help coming my way, thought I was being ignored. I eventually decided to walk over and stand almost directly in front of the lone salesperson there at the time. Not sure why, but it seemed his helping me, was very secondary to whatever it was he was doing at the time. His lack of interest, was definitely not a good start to any shopping I had in mind!! I asked about one item, and received some help. But beyond that, little of any interest from him, in the interest / enquiries I was expressing re: other computer stuff being considered. I decided it was 'out of there' time. Just wondering, had I been 'profiled', and deemed not worthy of any effort of service?
