It was fantastic and I cannot recommend this class enough. The workout was tough but Ann guided everyone through the motions and kept the class aware of the timing/rounds for the entire workout. Gyrotonic is a superb system to address joint concerns and build flexibility and strength throughout the body. After menopause, recovering from injuries has been more complicated but Casey has been steadily and consistently helping me with patience and nudging me to go further than I would on my own. Very little feels sore after her workouts and it has been compatible with my PT and now yoga again finally! Besides that we laugh a lot! Call her up and give it a few visits and you may be hooked too. My body insists on going even if my head is saying you just need more cardio, and boom, I build up a sweat the next lesson!

My daughter started here a couple months ago, after staying home with me and constantly being since…read moreshe was born, she's now 18 months. Right away you could tell how much she loved it. She is so happy to go every morning and runs and hugs her teachers. The only time I've seen any crying is when her teacher has left before I pick her up. She was sick and out for several days (daycare ick after never being around kids plus being a quarantine baby) and she was extremely excited to go back. She brought me her shoes several times while she was out, indicating she was ready to go, the first day she went back her excitement started as soon as we got in the car to leave and once we pulled up she was overjoyed. They're great about updates, keeping you in the know and have been so patient with me even what I'm sure it wasn't always easy. It's given me a huge piece of mind knowing that she's happy and being taken care of, even if I sometimes I do get just a liiiiitle jealous.
