They offer a variety of classes and there are several different instructors. I think I've taken at least 1 class from each instructor and they are all wonderful in their differences. My favorite class is 26 and 2/Bikram, and I really enjoy Yogi Robin. She has a way of keeping you from thinking too much about how hard it is to hold a pose, even if it's only for 1 minute. She's an excellent storyteller who encourages experienced students to perfect a pose and equally guides those who are just getting started in their practice.

My first class was the Hot Vinyasa class. The instructor was Catie and she was very nice. She said they don't usually recommend a hot class as ones first class EVER (probably should have thought about that, but hell go hard or go home). She said she thought i would be fine though. It was awesome. I liked the fact that the class is at 90 degrees instead of the 105 I have read about. This is much more manageable heat setting for me. I like that this is a small studio with one room. It's much more personable. I also took the candlelight class the next day. Mega relaxing and I think that will be a regular for me from now on. Also for yoga newbie, I know an hour seems like a long time to do yoga, but it flew by. My only complaint is that I had some issues with the mind body connect app, but I don't think that's the studios fault.

Everything is donation based, but then the proceeds go towards providing yoga to ppl who cannot easily access affordable yoga! I love a non profit! Everyone who works there is so friendly and talented and helpful! I always tell everyone to come here for yoga bc i love it so much! They're one of the only places nearby that has Ashtanga classes taught by a person, not a video like some other places. Dori, Marina, Laura and Kelsey are all amazing!
