Great service here! I called a few times about tires, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and I finally got up there today to have a new set put on and get some tire pressure monitors fixed. They were very quick it was nice to just show up first thing in the am and not need an appointment and I was overall happy with the whole experience. What a f***ing joke this place is! I went in to have 4 tires swapped between wheels. After waiting over an Hour they finally brought my truck in. Within five minutes the little snot nose prick so called tech they have working there called me (while I'm sitting there in the waiting area) and tells me with an absolutely condescending tone, that all the tires I have a dry rotted and they can't mount them do to liability. So I left there I and was able to get my truck in at a independent shop in Epsom. And yes, one of the four tires was dry rotted from sitting flat, and they were able ordered me a new one to match the set. and with buying 1 tire I spent $40 less than what Wilson Tire wanted just to do a simple swap. read more

Like most people, out of Towner doing local shopping. Came in for four new tires, greeted wonderfully and went through different options for my car. With literally 2 of us waiting I waited for the better of 2-1/2 hours for four new tires. I walked out to view any progress and all I was able to see were the "techs" all standing around b*@#sh*##ing. I went out three times to view any progress every 20 minutes until I broke. Came in to this place for tires mounting, balancing, and wheels alignment. They quoted 160$ and confirmed twice, which seemed like a good price considering townfair charges 200$ for that. Understandably, I waited for 3 hours as they were a bit busy. When the car came out, I asked for the alignment report, and they said we didn't do an alignment as they arent doing alignments untill the end of the year and that they didnt hear me asking for it. So I basically paid 160$ for mounting and balancing a set of tires. While walmart auto service center down the street does it for 72$. Also, after looking at the bill, they charged me 26$ for (TPMS), when I asked about it they said we did a relearn for the sensors while I know the sensors are broken and the TPMS light on the dashboard is still on (they didnt program anything), then they said no it was for the small valve caps which are like 25 cents each unless theirs were gold plated. Overall, and as a mechanic myself for 6 years, the worst experience ever, this kind of customer service and lack of transparency is what gives mechanics a bad reputation. read more

A wonderful experience. Out of town on vacation, experiencing some odd symptoms when braking, and didn't know where to go for help. Chose Wilson, and glad I did. They looked it over, told me I had plenty of pad life left, and rotors were good. Didn't try to get me to buy something I didn't need, and in fact didn't charge me anything for putting the car up and looking it over. I would give them 6 stars out of 5 if I could. I went here today to get my car inspected. I was greatly pleased with how friendly and professional all of the employees were. There were quite a bit of people waiting in front of me for their vehicles and my car was still serviced in a timely fashion. When my car was finished the mechanic even took the liberty to walk around outside to find me and notify me my car was finished. I will continue to go here for all of my car needs. read more

It's hard to give an enthusiastic review to a tire place, but I actually did leave with the thought that I should leave a positive review on yelp. That should speak for itself. I just needed a state inspection, which resulted in a brake job. My front brake pads were nearly gone, so it was definitely necessary. LIARS AND THIEVES! They take advantage of women and the elderly. Do not take your car here. I brought my car here twice to get a tune up. Both times they ended up finding "issues" and gave me a quote both times of $1500. Second time around, I didn't buy it. I brought my car to TWO other mechanics in town.. I've been here twice for tires and once for an oil change. Service was well done and pretty quick but I had good timing with not many other customers around. As they do not make appointments it's pot luck regarding how long you will wait. There was an issue with my first tire purchasing experience which they were very accommodating and patient in helping me resolve. I worked with Matt at the front desk that time who is very professional and has an excellent demeanor for customer service. The second time I went for tires I was helped by another gentleman who is the exact opposite. Not professional, rude, condescending, and obviously hating the world and everything in it. This man should not be in contact with the public. I did not get his name but it will be obvious if you deal with him. I have to say even the techs I have had interactions with there were more polite and professional than this guy. The owner of this establishment should know that they are risking future and repeat business by allowing this person to handle customers. I am on the fence about ever visiting again based on my last experience. If you get Matt to help you, you will be much better off. read more

If i could put zero stars i would my experience with wilson tire was horrible and i wouldnt recomend them to anyone .The guy who put the tires on was named jason...zero personality with a piss poor atitude and scratched my tailgate because he is an idiot..manager mike didnt want to hear my complaint n talked to me like i was trying to pull a fast one on him...i was supposed to get my old tires because i recycle and didnt get them because they didnt want me to see the scratch...the truck was backed into a corner so i didnt see it till i got home...trucks is 2014 super duty lariat i wash daily so i think i would know if i had a scratch in my tailgate. These folks are awesome! I've been a few times for oil changes and tire rotations. Instead of going to a chain oil change service, I wanted to stay local and have been really happy with Wilson Tire's service! I've only been going for maintenance but I will buy tires from them soon. I have heard them interact with customers who are experiencing car issues and can tell you that they are honest, fair, take the time to explain car issues and work with customers on a solution that works for both parties. As long as I live in central NH, Wilson Tire will have my business. read more

Went in to check them out since hearing about them on the radio so much. Prices are nothing great. I needed snows so I went back the next day. Realized when I got home that they charged me more than quoted the previous day. They also charge $4.95 per tire to basically be careful of the TPMS system. Never heard of this. They also have no appointments and hard chairs while waiting 2 hours. I most certainly would try anyone else before going back a 2nd time. Hope the fees were worth not being able to get repeat business. read more
