From the very start, the process and work of these guys has been amazing. I made a single call and Jordan came out and checked into my property and gave me a verbal quote on the spot, following up with a written quote with easy online response for my convenience. I loved the quote and scheduled service. Jordan and his crew descended on my property promptly in the morning, and began working right away to handle all the various things I needed done. In just a matter of hours, all teh limbs I needed gone were history and the large (potentially dangerous) trees were cleaned, trimmed, and chipped. In addition, all my stumps were grounds and they took great care to make sure my yard wassn't damaged by their trucks before leaving. Some of our trees had metal in them where the tree had grown up around the metal that had been propped up against them as saplings. They couldn't grind those stumps. They cut all those trees and put them through the chipper, raked up all the branches and leaves and blew the driveway off. We could not be happier with their service. Keep up the great work! Wanted full payment on item that wasn't completed. Dug 2" trench for a 4" pipe & didn't bring pipe. Brand new trailer was empty so their was room for it. Passed at least 2 hardware stores on way to job. = No plans to lay drain pipe but asked for full payment. Not. I should not have gave any. Way too many days went by of no communication as to when coming back. Two times reached out to correct invoice & show paid in full. Both times, she'll get on that right away. Never did. He said she said a message was left. No voicemail from him. They offered to return. I said thanks but no thanks. He was hard at working. Fast & ready to leave with the cash. Wasn't a full days work.
