I met Alli while visiting a home in Apex, I had no experience with home buying or the area very well, but she made it the perfect experience. First, she was always available. We both work full time jobs, so finding time to look at houses wasn't easy. We gave her houses we were interested in and she chose some that she thought would fit our wishes and she organized them where they made the most sense location and time wise. Secondly, once we found our dream house (that seemed too good to be true), she immediately went to work on the offer. She knew her stuff, she was confident and with multiple other offers from others... we ended up having OUR offer accepted! Thirdly, the closing process was insanely smooth. I had multiple people say "you guys seem so calm?" and "aren't y'all stressed?" and in reality, Alli did all of the work and although she communicated with us almost daily, I never felt that she wouldn't work it out. She also tried to get me to buy her owners new carpet for their whole place, mind you that was probably 15+ years old. I had even asked her for a walk through before I moved in and she gave me some sap story that the owners were the only ones who lived before me so any damage the owners would know about and which is why I wouldn't need a sheet. She tried to get me for all this pre-existing damage when I moved out. I was shocked! She comes off as this nice lady who is willing to do right by you. I left the unit in impeccable condition. Better than when I moved in. I paid over and beyond and she kept going around to these microscopic spots on the wall in a house that hasn't been updated since the 70's. She goes around saying that owners don't like to change the paint color, but then I realize it is because they KNOW it's dirty and they can get the tenant to pay for any 'damages'. To put this in perspective, my whole experience was her gas-lighting me. Please be careful if you want to move in here. Demand a walk through sheet signed by both of you after you move in. Take pictures. Note everything.

They are very in contact and work hand in hand with the tenant and the owner of the house to make sure that communication is very clear and upfront. I would suggest using their team to anybody! I had wasted a lot of time, application fees, last minute cancelations on viewings, and experienced the other employees had a lack of knowledge on thier own systems that they use through third party approvals. Originally Mrs. Hiller seemed quite friendly and got the application process finished in days of myself putting interest in the home. The house itself has 0 maintenance issues but that's not why I am rating 2 stars. The customer service and respect aspect went out the window once I signed the lease. By week 2, I received a call from the landlord Becky who does not own the property but simply manages it. The grass was a normal length that was consistent with the neighbors. However one or some of the neighbors supposedly called Becky and complained that I had not cut the grass yet. I explained I just moved in and had not yet had a chance to cut the grass but I would do this myself. So I proceeded to cut the grass and send photos every time I did it. I recieved a thank you at first, but after that I did not receive any message saying the grass was cut sufficiently. Mainly complaints that she would receive calls from the owner who lived out of state that the grass needed to be cut. Becky never checked in to see how I was doing as long as rent was paid. When I was ready to move out, she showed the property and stated I could have my security deposit back. I left the house in really good condition that only a regular light cleaning service would barely be necessary. Of course to Becky this was not good enough. I got multiple complaints that the town had not yet picked the trash up when they had confirmed with her it was already being taken care of. This company is basically a small business that will take the owners side if they see a place they can pick on you negatively they will make problems for no reason and not even check that the tenants are being treated fairly by the owner whom by the way came in the house not invited and went through my ex girlfriends closet dresser.
