I had a bit of a nightmare with Men's Warehouse, who had TWO chances to get me a suit for my daughter's wedding. But, the day before the big event, they left me with no clothing options at all. I was beyond frustrated, stressed, and feeling like I was running out of time. Enter Nick and the incredible team at Ingram's! Within 30 minutes, Nick had me out the door with a brand-new suit that fit me like it was custom made for my body. The fit was perfect, the style was on point, and I honestly couldn't have been more thrilled. But wait--there's more! Nick didn't stop there. He also hooked me up with a pair of shoes that were *way* more comfortable than the junk I was stuck with from Men's Warehouse. I felt like I was walking on clouds compared to what I had before. Ingram's and Nick were the superheroes I didn't know I needed that day. They swooped in, saved the day, and made sure I looked and felt my best for my daughter's wedding. I seriously can't thank them enough for coming to the rescue when I was literally left hanging. Even though Ingram's Men's Shop is 45 minutes away from me, I'll be buying all of my suits and formal wear from them from now on. After this experience, they are *by far* the obvious choice for me. I rarely come here, but my recent experience with two employees has ensured that I will never return. I was out on my usual night walk when I saw two women leaving as the store was closing. I had my AirPods in, but the volume was low enough that I could still hear my surroundings. As I walked past them, one of the women was putting on her coat, while the other kept staring at me with a disgusted look. I briefly made eye contact before looking away. I know that one of the employees sometimes walks in the same direction I was headed, so I made sure to walk ahead of her to ensure she felt safe--because I know I wouldn't feel comfortable if someone was walking behind me late at night. As I continued walking, I heard both of them laughing at me. I know they were laughing at me because neither of them was having a conversation, and there was nothing else happening that could have been funny. This behavior is completely inappropriate. I am significantly younger than these women, and it's disturbing that they would judge and mock someone like that. It's disgusting that this establishment employs such judgmental and miserable people. Edit-- I honestly don't know if one of them was the manager, but either way, this is highly unacceptable and should not be happening especially toward someone much younger than them.

My son had been trying to find a bag for his girlfriend's birthday. We called around and none of…read morethe stores here in California had any. I was given the number to the Hagerstown, MD store saying they might have a couple left. I called and was promptly greeted on the phone by a pleasant woman named Izora. She asked how she could be of assistance and I asked if they can ship a bag to California if it was in stock. She told me yes, it is not a problem. She asked for the style and name and confirmed there were indeed a couple of the bags left in store. I needed to make sure it was the right bag since there are different prints in that style and didn't want to pay and get shipped the wrong one. Izora asked if she could place me on a brief hold and went to verify in person. She sent me a photograph of the bag to give a visual assurance. She was not asked to do that, she did that on her own. After I confirmed that was indeed the one we were looking for, she set up an account for me. I was sent a secure link and checked out in under a minute. Once the transaction was complete, Izora remembered I said it was for a gift. She told me she would wrap it up nice since it was a gift. I was sent a confirmation with the tracking number in less than an hour. She went above and beyond and was very courteous. I am very pleased with my experience and can't wait for the bag. Not sure that I will ever need to use the Coach store in Hagerstown again but this experience was a good one. Thank you.

I was in the area over Memorial Day weekend and the entire outlet was having sales of one sort of…read moreanother. Id been saying for the last few years that I want me a leather white handbag to use during summer and with the cost of handbags getting more and more ridiculous over the years, I was happy to see a 50% off all purchases banner in the window from a retailer that I associate with good quietly. On this particular day, (the Thursday before Memorial Day) the store was fully staffed, to a point of being almost over staffed. I know I spoke to at least sale associates and there wasn't six customers in the entire store. The best part was that even clearance items were 40% off and then 50% off the remaining balance. I saw a pair loafers I wanted but or course they were not available in my size. One of the sales associates took the time to not only search the computer for the shoe, but called two other stores to see if they had them in stock since the computer showed low quanity for the shoes. I ended up getting a $400 Coach purse for $149 and ended up having to forgo the shoes since the only other location that showed possibly having them was four hours away. Store is spacious and the layout gives you room to browse without feeling like you in someones way.
