When I took from his closet they were moldy and worn. I put them in my closet and forgot about them for over 10 years. Fast forward to summer 2023 when I'm moving to a new house we bought and I find the jackets. They're even worse now than they were. I had them sitting by the trash when I decided I'd try to get them cleaned before trashing them. This was the only leather repair shop I could find. I brought them in and they said they could clean them up and redye them to look like new for $100 each. My dad's jacket cleaned up and was ready in about a month. My uncles jacket was far worse. The woman there cleaned and dried it half a dozen times. Spent months on it. Today I picked it up and I'm blown away. It looks beautiful. There's nothing I can say to express how grateful I am.
