The work is wonderful but the cost for new soles and heels was 60.00 which I thought was quite expensive but you get what you pay for.

It's tragic that this place isn't rated 5 stars. My father passed away in 2012. He had a leather motorcycle jacket and my uncle Craig's leather motorcycle jacket (Craig passed in 1985). When I took from his closet they were moldy and worn. I put them in my closet and forgot about them for over 10 years. Fast forward to summer 2023 when I'm moving to a new house we bought and I find the jackets. They're even worse now than they were. I had them sitting by the trash when I decided I'd try to get them cleaned before trashing them. This was the only leather repair shop I could find. I brought them in and they said they could clean them up and redye them to look like new for $100 each. My dad's jacket cleaned up and was ready in about a month. My uncles jacket was far worse. The woman there cleaned and dried it half a dozen times. Spent months on it. Today I picked it up and I'm blown away. It looks beautiful. There's nothing I can say to express how grateful I am. This photo doesn't do it justice but I wanted to send it to my brother to show him. I wish I had taken a before and after. You wouldn't believe it was the same jackets. moved recently and tore my favorite boots from their soles. i gave my boots to my mother and had them brought here, to a shop I'd heard about growing up. I sent my mother home with a pair of torn from the sole, but otherwise great condition pair of boots. What returned to me was a sloppy repair job. When my boot was glued back down to the sole, they didn't glue just the sole, but the SIDE of my shoe. You can see glue not only on the boot itself, but also down the side of the sole as well as underneath the sole. My mom thought she was doing me a favor and asked for the heels to be done as well, as I had worn them down. I'm not sure what exactly they did, but you can clearly see a scrape mark down the heel and a scrape in the boot itself. The new heel isn't even lined up with the originally heel of the boot. The new heel is now so hard it hurts my actual feet after being worn an hour or two, something heartbreaking because I use to be able to wear these for hours, comfortably. This is the second time I've attempted to do business with this store. I've taken leather riding boots in to have the zippers repaired &/or replaced. The first time it took well over a month to get the boots back. I was told they got behind bc they were working at summer festivals and fairs, etc..I'm an understanding person, so I figured I'd give them another chance. I dropped the boots off May 28 and they are still NOT DONE and it's Aug. 14. I've had to call several times. I was told they'd be done in 3 weeks! I WILL NOT us this business again. read more

I went in to get a pair of older Cole Haan shoes repaired, and the gentleman suggested replacing the heel on the shoe with a rubber one, and it actually was a really decent job overall at a reasonable rate. I am satisfied, and will be bringing other things to this company to repair. I also found a really nice pair of leather driving gloves on sale and purchased them as well. They are better than the quality (ie there are some of the white score marks where they have been measured (normal stuff)) you will not find on Amazon from China. They also have many nice jackets, and other stuff it is hard to resist. read more
