For $13, I left with a delicious tray of salmon and mango rice. Even though I felt this was expensive, this was probably the best salmon I've had in Auburn. It was baked in a way that edges were crusted so the salmon had the texture of pie rather than fish. The mango rice is a lovely taste of mango sauce that in combination with the salmon carries a sweet aroma.
