This was immensely helpful for us and it was something I never would have expected and don't think I would have chosen on my own. They have lots of other dog accessories on offer including clothes, leashes, toys and even decor. Both times I spent a lot of effort to communicate, and confirm they heard, that his mane, skirts and layers where not to be touched. The first time, his mane was 3" shorter and his skirts were "feathered"... this time, overall a much better experience yet, once again, I was not listened to. I very specifically said, no cutting or trimming anywhere except to trim his fuzzy paws. I even called out potential mats between his legs... I said if they find a mat that they can't work out with conditioner, to leave it! So-- Why did you shave his belly?

They said "it'll be 10-15 minutes" and I looked and my boy was still kenneled up and appeared to be unattended to. I came back in 30 minutes and he was definitely bathed but they only trimmed his feet. And my boy has long hair and he can't see a few days after his cut. They rushed the process to get him done and over with. I would have much preferred to wait to get it done correctly. $40 dollars is an awful lot for a bath!! I'm off to find a new groomer

She took control and got the matter resolved. I am so conflicted writing this review because the store itself deserves a zero because of how hard it was to accomplish buying and delivering an object over $500.00 after two hours in the store and Lauren Nicole rescuing me.... the item was delivered the next day damaged. Solid steal welded cages should not have broken bars. By that point, my son was over it, and I was leaving back to California. Otherwise, I would have made it, then come pick it up and bring a different one. So, the stars are only for the employees.... NOT THE store
