The chicken mole tacos had a nice sweetness to them, almost like BBQ sauce, which worked really well with the shredded chicken. Simple, but tasty. The Campechanos ended up being our favourite with tender, flavourful meat and just the right crunch from the chicharron... Absolutely delicious. They also gave us two sauces on the side: one that seemed like a smoky chipotle hot sauce (and it was spicy), and the other a refreshing, minty sauce that helped balance the heat. Oh!
