John was very knowledgeable and professional. His inspection was worth every penny! I recently purchased a new construction home and I was adamant about having my own inspection performed before we moved in. John went through every inch of the house and examined the finer details that we would have never paid attention to. The two biggest findings were that 1) HVAC was not working (the unit was not communicating with the controls) and the builder sent out their HVAC guy and turns out that the wires were not connected 2) he identified a crack on the corner of the large window above our staircase, builder came by and confirmed the window was scratched and now they will be replacing the window entirely. He also identified a small leak from the kitchen faucet by the handle and our garage door light was out that we didn't even notice. His inspection report was very thorough and included a ton of pictures of our roof and infrared images of the walls. I feel a lot better about our home purchase because I know that John did a thorough job inspecting. read more
