We have a WINner! John Maldonado was very thorough in his inspection of my future home. He turned on appliances and the heating/AC systems. I heard the water running while he checked for clogging, leaks and temperature. He checked both inside and outside the home and showed me where the circuit breakers are. We spent longer on the inspection than I expected but when I told him I was a first time buyer, he wanted to make sure I knew everything I needed to know. He took the time to explain why he was looking at certain things and how he could tell there aren't leaks in the house. I feel I can trust his assessment because of the way he presented it.
