If I could give zero I would. I went in on a Sunday, called ahead to make sure they can complete a gel x fill and my daughter just wanted toe painted with shellac. We get in at first it was good. The lady doing my nails was not very interactive. I did ask her for my nails to be trimmed she cut a ton of length almost down to the nub. Then she proceeded to do acrylic. I explained no these are gel x. She gave a dirty look and continued. Once she shaped my nails on one hand, I was like no I definitely don't like it. The gentleman ( I believe the owner) was like well we ask you when she cut if length is okay, I explained it wasn't just the length it was the shape. Mind you nothing had been done as far as a fill just the trim and shape. He was so rude, I was like I don't want to pay for something I don't love. She gets up brings a bowl of acetone and throws a towel very rudely over my nails. I told him I will pay for a take off and the service provided for my daughter. This man called the cops telling them I'm refusing to pay for service. I also forgot to mention I have my 2yr old and 14 year with me ass well sitting by me. I start to cry I can't believe this is happening. He then starts telling me he has been in business for 20yrs and has fired over 250 ppl for making a mistake. He is talking over me so I just decided I'm not going to speak a conversation was getting nowhere and told me to lower my voice I was talking normally. He stated he had cameras everywhere in there. I was like okay great. Sheriff shows he was very nice I told him what happened he said okay. So you will pay for take off I said yes absolutely. I never said I wasn't going to pay for the take off. I just didn't want to continue with fill. I want to add my 14 year old has autism and was crying as well. This was the worst experience EVER and I would NEVER recommend them. read more

First time to Win Nail Salon and Susan did my pedicure. The gentleman, Edward, that welcomed me in was kind and accommodating. Susan did a perfect job on my manicure while I had a wonderful drink made by Edward. Love the fresh feeling environment and how customer service is their top priority. Extremely relaxing and superb adult drinks. I will absolutely be back to this place! Loved every aspect of the experience. They even had a Holiday present for their customers. Nails done 9/12 @ 4:30pm and review left 9/15 at 12:38am. The business gives a discount for 5 star reviews so be wary of positive reviews. The star is for the tech that did my pedicure. She was fantastic and thorough. The pedicure was great and the tech doing my full set started on my nails near the end of my pedicure. She ended up rushing the tech doing my toes and only a few of them ended up getting a clear coat and it was not finished before I left. Then my nails...I showed a photo of a design I wanted (colored French tips and a floral design) I asked if it was possible and was assured it was (I also booked online and made sure to choose nail art and design with the services I wanted and for added information in the comments section I put 'full set with design' ...this was just to assure I wasn't surprising a tech with a design when that wasn't one of their fortes.) I hate to say it...but this is one of the worst sets I have ever gotten. There is no precision, attention to detail, or care in my nails. The more I look at them the more upset I get. I haven't had my nails done in over a year and wanted to treat myself. Instead I paid $130 before a tip (which I still tipped 15%) to be devastated. Attached are photos of the nails I got two days ago. Among the issues with them are: the acrylic doesn't go all the way to the nail bed and looks grown out even though I just got them done, the texture is so uneven, not a single nail is smooth, they are different lengths and shapes, there are air bubbles in almost every nail and one is starting to peel and chip after only two days. I had also booked an eyebrow wax with my appointment and that was never mentioned and I left without getting it done. If you want a great pedicure ask for Rebecca, but I'd get your acrylic sets done elsewhere. read more

Terrible experience I used to go regularly, and had a good experience with Edward with design, except for the fact that every time I went in, I was shocked at what he would charge me. Granted, I should've verified the cost in advance every single time, but I had been with him enough he knew I didn't like to spend a ton. but it just seemed like all he cared about was increasing the price of the sale. I got tired of the sticker shock, and a terrible overpriced pedicure, so I went somewhere else for a few months. I decided to come back and try it again because I liked how he designed my nails. Went back one time it was fine. went back the next time, and he was not feeling well, which I understand. But I was supposed to get a new set, I was way overdue. he filed my nails down and leaves. Doesn't say anything to me. Next thing I know his mother is doing my nails. She did not give me a new full set, she filed the sides of my nails so bad that I was bleeding on two nails, and a fifth of my nails was filed down into the nail bed area. I told Edward and his mother when I was checking out that I was not very happy with how they looked. I texted him later and said I'm really unhappy with how they look and I want them fixed as soon as he gets better. He said he'd help me. I texted him again to schedule and he never responded to my text to reschedule. I will never go back. Found a new great place! read more

Just left fighting back tears lol don't fall for any of their advertisements, the nail design photos, etc. This may be misleading but I did think the nail technician was very nice and did a good job on my pedicure. I do wish she would have said she couldn't do the design that I presented to her though for my manicure (I even double checked it was okay with doing on my natural nail before starting). My problem was with management. Nothing short of rude and condescending. Not even worth arguing with because I would have NEVER been right. Experience was terrible from the beginning. Scheduled an appt with the girl I typically go to, wasn't informed that she wouldn't be there until when I walked in. Got put with someone who had no idea what she was doing (pedicure and gel manicure). I really think it was her first day. I was there for 2 hours. My nails were sloppy and crooked. The they started chipping not even a week later. Now two weeks later the gel is completely off all of my nails. No one is very friendly in there and the communication is terrible. me and my friend went there over the weekend and the service was sub par. He was very rough with my nails, never asked if what he was doing was okay or if i liked it. they don't really talk to you. there was really no one there and they seemed quite annoyed with our presence. Felt really overpriced for what i got. very quiet besides the quiet background music. me and my friend were the only ones in there for most of the time besides when we got there and when we were getting ready to leave. He did not go all the way down my nail so it already looks like they are weeks grown out. when he was adding the top coat to my nails he did not do a layer on my left pointer finger so it looks odd. my friends experience was less the adequate. the lady who did her nails could not draw a simple star on her nails did not add enough polish so they look see through and there are hairs in her nails. the lady cut her fingers with the drill and kept coughing on them. it was $120 dollars with out tip for my set. for my friends simple French tip $95. We will not be going back there at all. they seemed like they kept giving back handed complements about my nails because each nail had a different but very simple design on each nail. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! This place is awful, disrespectful, and very rude. I wanted a simple short length with this simple design. This tech told me that "she couldn't go shorter because of the shape i chose" yet my friend who has the exact same shape as me has these nails ten times shorter than these. I was also cut multiple times as you can tell in the picture. All the tech had to say was "sorry". it is also WAY overpriced at all the other places we've gone they were only 60 dollars but here they were pushing 100 dollars with tip. When we called the place back after this they said that they didn't see the blood at the cash register. Yet when I gave the register my card he was like "wow your nails look so good". So they lied straight to my mom's face about if they saw them or not. I feel very taken advantage of because of my age and because I was by myself. Just because I am 13 does not mean that you get to treat me like this and make my nails horrible. My cuticles are gonna take so long to recover just because i wanted to get my nails done with my own money that I saved over spring break. My first experience here a couple days ago was not so great. My nails were pretty messed up but I came in today and got them fixed by the owner of the salon and he did great! He was very nice and did a good job fixing my nails (which was not a lot to work with). I have never left a yelp review before, but I feel it is completely necessary to do so. 1. I was at this salon for 3 hours today, and the quality of my nails or pedicure do NOT match. The shape is awful and they don't even match each other. 2. The price was ridiculous- especially for the services rendered. I got what I thought was a $50 pedicure, and a $65 mail service and ended up being charged $75 for both ... I had to leave to get my kid to a birthday party so I couldn't stay to argue. 3. The Owner was watching the work being done and when he walked away she joked about him keeping an eye on her because someone complained about something on their nails - and now I can see why. My 13 year old sister went into this salon to get her nails done using her hard earned money. The lady that did her nails cut her cuticles multiple times to the point of bleeding. The lady refused to go shorter because it was "not possible with the shape she had requested". A simple set everywhere else would be around $60. We ended up paying close to $100 which is outrageous for this awful service that was provided. We then proceeded to call the salon after we had left and both the owner and cashier said they had looked at her nails and did not see any bleeding. Not only were they rude over the phone, they had an issue with the payment that she was trying to use. This place is awful and I don't recommend anyone looking for good nails to go here. The staff is dismissive and disrespectful and overall it was not a good experience. read more

Don't go here. I had powder dip manicure done on a Saturday morning and by Monday 2 nails were chipped. I went in to get them fixed and one is super thick, the other is the wrong color.
