I needed a last minute appointment for 5 people. I called this place & they said they could get us all in! (Immediate brownie points for that) Assuming that we would have to wait a bit, I arrived there 5 minutes late ( I assumed wrong). When I arrived 3 of my friends were already seated. They seated me, as well as my other friend and gave us a basket full of nail polish colors to choose from - they literally have every color and shade you can imagine. They asked me how I wanted my nails & I showed them a picture. I'm going to be honest, I wasn't sure that they could perfectly mimic the shape of the image I showed them, but as long as they were close, I was willing to settle. BUT HOLY CRAP they're good! Kenny executed it PERFECTLY! And did I mention he somehow managed to do mine AND my sisters nails quickly? The whole staff was friendly & talented. Totally coming back! read more

I was hoping for the best from this place with all the reviews. I called a day early to have a reservation. When I got there, it felt like they just pushed us to the back of the salon and put us with a male who was just rushing through the entire thing. I had nail polish already on my fingers, he didn't even take it all the way off. Did not clean under my nails or clip them or anything. I told him about one nail needing to be trimmed more and he said he'd do it later on. He never did. There was a bubble forming in the shellac and he didn't do anything until I mentioned it was there. Only then did he go back and fix it. I would not recommend this place. read more

I would recommend this place to everyone. I've started getting my nails done recently, but yesterday was my first time coming here. I love the place. The customer service is great. They will pretty much do any design you ask for. Kenny G was the person who did my nails, and he pretty much fixed them from the last time I got them done. I will definitely be going back there. Didn't fix what I wanted fixed. Nails all broke within a few days. Just not a great environment and not worth the money.

Came in for the first time with my mom. Got a gel shellac manicure for 25.00. Staff was very nice but the gentleman doing my nails who was an owner seemed kinda out of it. We came in at 5:15pm. I was pleased with my nails but had to have another tech clean them up at the end because he had already left and I had gel polish on my finger tips and some real hard edges that she had to file down. I'm worried now that my tips aren't sealed they are going to come off very quick but I would try this place again. Had a good time there with my mom! read more

to start, i never write reviews like this, but i feel like i need to after my recent visit today. when i walked in i said i wanted a full set of acrylic nails. i did not say i want shellac but i was charged for shellac, and they added shellac. they charge different prices everytime i go in to get them done. they are very rude and always act rushed and don't take their time. today especially they were very forceful. At the end of all of this, she asked me " do you have my cash". she wanted a cash tip. anyway, they kept giving me the wrong color and whenever i said i wanted my nails shorter, they tell me no and that it will look weird. today though i told them right off the bat that my nails were thin, and to go easy in the filing. but lo and behold she goes harder than she ever has in the past. my nail bed then started to bleed in what looked like a chunk was taken out of my nail. she then proceeded to tell me that it was quote "my fault" for them bleeding, and she obviously knew she did because multiple times she said "I'm scared your going to write a review, because it brings bad business." but of course i am, she made my nails bleed. i'm worried i'm going to get a nail infection, and i was overcharged. i DO NOT recommend Creative Nails. read more

So I'm not going to hit this salon with a single Star, because the pedicure I got has held up nicely with regular nail polish. However, my dip manicure I got didn't!! I decided to try this salon on the recommendation of a client of mine and since it's a couple blocks from my home I figured why not! My manicure is less than a week old and it's lifting near the cuticle area in a few nails!! I'm not that hard on my nails and I'm a banker so my job would not cause damage either! On top of this issue when I got my nails done it took them 3 hours to give me a pedicure, remove my acrylic/gel nails, and apply the dip style manicure. They were very nice and very clean salon, but the fact they are lifting literally 3 days after being applied and chipping near the base of the nail- combined with how long my time at the salon took, I have to give 3 Stars! read more

I asked for a the standard $30 pedicure. The lady only handed me a menu with the deluxe and CBD options and proceeded to do a deluxe pedicure and charge me for it. She didn't fully remove the polish that was on there already. The color looked nothing like what was displayed either. I sobbed as soon as i left because they were so bad. The man who i spoke to on the phone was very polite though which was appreciated. read more

I went here to get the dip removed from my finger nails and shellac removed from my toes and no service beyond that... I just wanted to get a clean slate and start over with my nails entirely. They clearly had no idea how to take shellac off of my toes if they put some kind of paste on it and then spent the next hour trying to file the shellac off which included butchering my toes around the nail bed. Literally made me bleed with the electric file once she finally started using that. Then on my fingernails removing the dip they did soak them for a while, but then she used the electric file again and some of my nails she ground down to the nail bed and it hurt like hell, other nails she didn't even get all of the dip off. You can tell this place is not a good place to go just by how inexperienced they seem to be. My daughter previously went there just for a quick manicure and came out crying because her fingernails were bleeding but she didn't want me to go back inside and say anything. I only went here because it was convenient and I thought polish/dip/shellac removal is something no salon could mess up. I was wrong. Absolutely 100% would not recommend this salon. It's dirty! there were long strands of hair all over the floor and seat next to me, and there was so much dirt and so many dead bugs behind the seats. Just grossed out by the entire visit. read more

My mother and I are spending the weekend in Omaha at the time I'm writing this, I set up an appointment a week prior they were super helpful getting me in. This is the first time I've ever got my nails done so I did a lot of research on Nail Salons in Omaha and this was the first one I saw with most If not all really good reviews. I showed them my example photo of what I wanted done and they didnt even hesitate or try to change anything about the design, the only thing changed was on my behalf because I like my coffin shape more tapered than square. The nail tech I had was extremely talented and we had no problems (there was a small cut on one of my fingers but I couldn't even feel It, and it was kind of on me because I have shaky hands, and it was no where near as bad as I've seen from some nail techs in my hometown) Overall it was an amazing first experience for getting my nails done, and they even fit my mom in for a pedicure without an appointment, and I have to commend them for having a very efficient pedicure system so unless they're crazy busy, there's no need for an appointment, only like a 10 minute maximum wait time. So I will definitely recommend this salon to anyone curious about going, and anytime I need a fill and I'm in Omaha, I'm definitely going there. read more
