My nail buds were left raw and some bloody as they removed the top coat to fix the issue. She was truly the best and made it so enjoyable (as enjoyable as getting hair ripped out of your body can be LOL) and safe for me. Since Kacey left, I started going to Alexis!! She is really quick but also very thorough and does everything with excellence. If you suffer with ingrown hairs like me, she will WORK those right out of you! She did an incredible job and it was quick! She is a little bit more shy however, still so sweet and such an awesome person to work with! The gals working at the front desk are always sweet, I have never felt insecure or miss treated when I go in. They are also helpful and the salon is kept in top shape! The whole experience was very calming, the room is set up well, lights dimmed to a good setting, and the sheets in bed are comfortable. The pregnancy bed has an opening for your belly, so lying here was the most comfortable. I've been on my stomach in months! When I flipped over, she put a soft pillow over this opening, so it was also comfortable to lie on my back with the opening covered. The cover itself has a slight angle upwards near your head, making it comfortable for a pregnant woman to lie on this, as you are not flat on the bed. Overall, this was a fantastic massage! The only thing I would change is that the music was incredibly slow, and I prefer a bit of a melody to help my brain relax. This is a very minor note, and just my personal preference. I would highly recommend booking a massage at oasis with Kaitlyn!

I'm so used to being rushed by these places, but not here. Then I also LOVED that because he had to stay late, his wife sat by his side and waited for him to finish and also watched. We thought based on the reviews that we were sending her to a quality company. She's the kindest, most generous person you'll ever meet. She has four young children and works hard taking great care of them so we wanted to get her a gift where she for once was the one being pampered. That didn't happen! Because of her generous spirit, she used half of her gift certificate on her best friend and they went together on May 9th, 2026 to have pedicures done. They sat side by side and while our DIL received a very short (5-10 min) pedicure and a small fraction of what was supposed to be provided, her friend who sat right next to hers pedicure last nearly one hour which is what was paid for and she should've received. How horrible is that? When my wife called them to discuss - the owner was disinterested, at times rude and showed no interest in trying to resolve the issue or provide satisfactory service. In fact, she actually wanted her to purchase another pedicure and promised good service - WHAT? We DO NOT recommend that you use this company!!
