I stood out as the only guy there in a sea of women, but no one seemed to care. A very nice, young lady, Lily, took me on. I was stunned at how skilled and fast she was as she clipped nails and did quite a job on cuticles, esp on the sides of my nails. A surprise. My ugly feet even looked good. I have been going to this Salon since 2022…read more Last Saturday, I made an appointment. Had my acrylics done (fill in), pedicure (heel treatment) and waxing. Less than 5 days, 4 to be exact my 1 nail chipped (the nail & gel polish) & then my thumb nail broke off!!! (Acrylic & gel polish). I texted them...no acknowledgment whatsoever. I showed up Saturday evening to get my nails fixed. The woman ONLY fixed the 1 nail...thumb nail after hurting me. The salon closes at 7. The place only had 1 client there. I arrived at 6. It doesn't take an hour to get the situation right. So why the rush? She got a tip to PRY off the acrylic on an obvious damaged & thin nail. My nail was sensitive at that point. I told her it hurts. She continued...then said to me "I'm not doing aanything". Well lady I do not exaggerate Pain. I had to ask her, "Can't you soak it off"? Before she actually did. SMH I then asked her to change 2 nails (sweater weather nails) to black glitter. I feel I shouldn't have been charged for anything, but I was charged another $10. For $10 they lost a great tipping customer who was a regular. I won't be going back, there are many other salons in the area.

This has never happened with any stylist that has done my nails up until one guy did them for me and said that I needed a new full set because I had not gotten an acrylic lay since October. At first I didn't want to do it but then I was talked into it so then I was fine with it and I paid for it. it was done so poorly to where my nail broke a couple of days after so I go in today to try to just get a fill in and hopefully get that nail fixed and the same man that did my nails last time claimed that I did not pay for a full set last time when I watched him lay the acrylic and told me that I would need to pay for a new full set. This is unfortunate because this is the first nail place I have found in a while that I enjoyed and I've been going to them for months even throughout all of the other charges and the things I didn't agree with. They also charge extra for you to cut your nails down after they grew with the acrylic so that was one of the things that also was annoying but this was my last day coming in. Definitely do not recommend.

Arrived for our appointment, 2 techs, 2 were already doing clients. We were seated at the chairs told to relax. Eventually a 3rd tech came in, did one person's pedicure, moved to the next, started another and then the other techs helped out. My toe was nicked and I was told it was like that before I got there which was bs. My granddaughter saw me grimace when it happened. On top of all this our nails looked terrible. The "manager" must have known we were upset, we each received a $5 gift card. $266 later and we left dissatisfied.

I was there on Saturday and got a pedicure and was done in 30 min. I wasn't sure about the quality…read morebut my nails seemed trimmed very quickly and felt sharp but I wasn't too concerned. The polish was applied quickly and I wanted to sit because it didn't seem set. 3 people came over and said you can check out now so I finally left I wore sandals home and then went barefoot.
