Over $10,000 total paid to them for an old poor quality printer that kept breaking. On several occassions had to pay for local FedEx to print better versions for presentations repeatedly, adding more expenses on. Owner was rude, demeaning, and cruel over the phone. No customer service, only tricking companies and faking contracts and selling poor services. Beware of the tricks. A $250 Brothers printer from Office Depot will get you far more results than this company. After endless discussions with the owner his solution after me paying him over 10k was to file for 'future unused services' and hire a lawyer to threaten to sue me for 4k for ??? broken printers that I never used. Hard to believe such horrible people and service even exist in the world.

However, they are in poor shape which might be cool for authenticity, but blueprints exposed to light don't last long. The architect recommended PR2 Graphics to help. After showing the blueprints to the staff, they had great recommendations on how to repair the tears, scanning resolutions and a variety of paper to print the results. Cool! They did the high resolution scans and provided me with PDF's that I used in photoshop to clean up wrinkles, water marks, etc. and then returned these files for printing on 40# stock.
