This is a nice and convenient UPS store that we use mainly for Amazon returns. It's never crowded and they are quick with their service. They are also in a good sized strip mall and there's plenty of close parking as well. Thumbs up! read more

Terrible experience. I received a package that was packed at their location. A heavy, fragile $600 antique vase that was 18" in height was placed with no packing material in a 20" box. Total DISREGARD for industry standards for shipping fragile items. "Fragile" written on box was barely legible (it looks the marker was running out of ink). Some of the worst packing of a fragile item I've seen in 50 years of buying antiques through the mail. It's like they have never packed a fragile item before. Ridiculously UNPROFESSIONAL! read more

We sent a package with them, and upon looking up the tracking number it states it was delayed since March 6th. I called UPS customer service, and they advised to call the ups store. I called and spoke with the manager I believe her name is Lisette. I explained what happened, and she said she'd reach out and start an investigation and if nothing was resolved she'd start a claim on our behalf, but either way she'd call me to update me. NO phone call, NO more contact, NOTHING. I called today to ask, a guy picked up the phone this time, he was rude and said he couldn't do anything. He barely let me explain and when I did, he gave me a fake claim number and told me to call ups customer service to follow up. I did just that, and when I gave them the claim number, they said nothing came up with that #, that it was a made-up claim number. He stated that the employees at this UPS location are "useless" that they just said they would help but will never help. I am not one to give bad reviews, BUT this is an exception because of such BAD customer service. I'd stay away from here!!! read more

The staff is rude. Ruben and SHIT (Shea or sheet or whatever his fucking name is) They are very rude. They think I'm shipping drugs in the mail and NEED TO SEE THE ITEMS IM SHIPPING. Okay. So I had 2 packages and they needed to OPEN AND INSPECT both of them. They did. They saw what was inside. Clothes. Not drugs. I moved into the area 10 years ago. Because of my occupation and for security reasons I needed to obtain a UPS box. I must say it's very good to have for its convenience and advantages such as...being able to have packages delivered without having to be home and having alerts sent to you to let you know packages have arrived. Just dropped by the store to get a box for shipping a CD player. Medium box 18" x 18" plain cardboard not double wall or anything special. I ask the guy behind the counter and he tells me......wait make sure your sitting down.... $11.59 that's like $13 w/tax. For an effing empty box..... what the fuk. This location made promises to follow up with my lost package and failed to do so. Do to this, I was forced to follow up with my case on my own to find out too late that my case has been dropped. Never once did cooperate contact me as I was told would happen. Which explains the dragging out of time. Dissapointing customer service and failure to emphasize with me as a patient customer. It's not about the money it's about the principle. I would only understand this if it were a small company. read more

I don't think I have ever been more angry at a store... Last year I shipped my bike and a futon to Arizona before I started dental school from the UPS store. After packaging and delivering the items to the store they proceeded to tell me my boxes were insufficient. I had to use another box. I said I had one at home and I would get more things to put inside. When I came back they shipped off everything for $500!!! My bike could have flown to AZ and back.... When I arrived home I saw they charged me $150 for "packaging" my stuff and apparently they used new special boxes. When I called the manger he told me to deal with it. I wish they had been honest from the start about how things would be like the post office across the street. Those guys are the best and who I am sticking with. read more

I walked into the store on Saturday, 2/9/2019 at 10am with a heavy package. I put it down on the counter before the service lady told me to put it on the scale. She asked me twice but I couldn't do it as I had injuries on my back so I asked her to do it. She was immediately irritated and asked me "why you talked to me that way" and told me that I should talk to her nicely. The only thing I said to her was "you can do it." I didn't understand what her problem was. Was she supposed to help customer with the package? If someone works in UPS store, is he/she supposed to do some lifting? I asked her why she had such bad attitude and very rude to customer. While she was printing out the shipping label for me, she continued shouting and verbally attacking me. I finally told her to please stop and I will take my business elsewhere. I don't think that I would ever go back to this UPS store as I really don't want to be treated as I was. I went to this store to drop off a pre-labeled package but wanted to make sure everything was OK before just leaving it. Only the owner was working the day I came in. I waited 10 min for him to very tediously assist another customer. Then, he lets someone who was still packaging their item elsewhere in the store when I got in line cut ahead of me. Again, he takes his time assisting the customer. By the time I was helped (maybe 20 min after walking in), there were 6 people waiting in line behind me. And to top it all off, he was incredibly rude to me. I will avoid this UPS store in the future. read more
