I should have gone with my gut. For my five year old, the class was about twenty to twenty-five 4-6 year olds, management was sub par, parents were suppose to be able to watch, but were actually asked to leave so she could manage the class better....or maybe so we couldn't see the lack of management there was is more my thought. The class was once a week for a year and at the end there was a recital for the whole center. The two five year old classes performances together were less than five minutes....but to go to the performance it was $15 per person, which cost us $60 to see five minutes after we already paid for a year of classes. A DVD was an additional $30 since you couldn't tape the actual performance. Great from a business perspective because what parent or grandparent won't go see their child's performance, so she has us there and probably made a lot based on the audience....by the way the tickets were only $10 last year....probably realized why not raise it $5...they will pay it. Anyway, little management, no feedback ALL YEAR, nothing about how she was doing, no personal conversations or progress reports, and I doubt she even knew who my child was, so very impersonal, and overall a lack the wow factor. I paid less for lessons in swim, gymnastics, and piano and had a much better, personal experience.

My daughter has enjoyed taking classes here, but overall the communication and professionalism from…read morethe staff has been disappointing. Parents receive very limited communication, and not being allowed to watch rehearsals or practices makes it difficult to know what's going on or how our children are doing. What really bothered me was seeing concerns addressed directly to very young children instead of communicating with the parents. Staff should be speaking to adults about issues, not putting 4- and 5-year-olds in uncomfortable situations. There seems to be a lack of clear communication and organization overall, which takes away from the experience.

The reason for the two stars is due to the facility, especially the waiting room. The second floor…read moresounds as if it is going to crash through the ceiling. The waiting room is absolute chaos and ridiculous with noise. The two owners have been informed by numerous parents of the issues in the waiting room and have chosen to ignore the reports and remain in the front of the facility, far away from the problem. The instructors rate four stars, but poor management ruins the environment. Most parents have to decompress from the stimuli of waiting in this room for their children. I would not recommend this studio.
