Over a sixty-day escrow, he was never in the office once. Not once. So, with no one paying attention to my escrow, the company failed to follow the very clear and simple instructions that the loan originator provided in writing, costing me several hundred dollars in unnecessary costs. My escrow closed over a month ago, and I am still dealing with the mess they created. Use them if you crave no communication, terrible follow-through, rework, have loads of free time to clean up their mess, and enjoy spending money unnecessarily.

Then 4 months later, she calls me and says "... this is Amanda and I'm a property manager and VRBO has double-booked your reservation, so I'm going to help you find a BETTER house". But Amanda does not want to book thru the VRBO format and she will send me a new rental agreement. The whole thing was sounding fishy. I called VRBO, realizing that this property manager and the VRBO Host are the same person. She was so dishonest with me in her mis-representation. She never sent me the new rental agreement.

During this call, Amanda was extremely unprofessional. She began yelling at me, said she "didn't care," and refused to let me speak to a supervisor or manager, claiming she was the owner and there was no one else to escalate the issue to. I had to repeatedly ask her to stop yelling when I was just trying to explain my side as the customer. Ultimately, I was forced to cancel my reservation because I was not willing to pay an additional $600 for a booking that had already been confirmed. A company should take responsibility for its own website and pricing errors, those costs should not be passed on to the customer. I have never been treated so poorly by a business. This experience was incredibly disappointing and is not how customers should be spoken to or treated.
