Tracy is a awesome person to have on your side when trying to purchase a home. He doesn't push you and he gives you honest feed back. We looked at a lot of fixer uppers and if he was familiar with the repair he would chime in with a idea or a price point. Of course this was a opinion and not a accurate quote but it gave us a idea of what we could potential get in to. On top of that he was incredibly flexible. Neither my wife or I got off until around 5 pm so we were available to look at house around 6-6:30 pm. He was always there! I would recommend Tracy to any one looking for a home!
