We have a one year old sweet Chihuahua baby girl who has been going to this branch off of Glenn McConnell with my Wife since she was 2 months old, she's a sweet, friendly, loving, and housebroken puppy who everyone at the branch loves, and nobody there has ever told my Wife that she couldn't bring her, as a matter of fact, she has been told by many of the Tellers and other Bank personnel that she always brightens their day. Well, that's until the new, not pet-friendly Branch Manager, Brenda Bollard, decided to approach my Wife and tell her that our Baby wasn't allowed there anymore. I guess this "nice" Branch Manager would rather have my Wife leave our sweet baby in the car to have her life endangered by the heat. I feel the actions and behavior of this cruel and insensitive woman have a lot to be desired, and as a result of her banning Lucy from coming to the bank anymore, Lucy can't any longer go spread the love and happiness that she used to spread to those Tellers and Bank Employees.

We chatted while we waited and kidded with the bank teller. This bank has bankers involved that have been in the business for many decades. I do all my commercial banking with them after they helped me start my business over 20 years ago and do this day I always have good experience. They have several good locations and are local. And unlike other banks do not seem ripe for a merger. The bankers here were in mergers and separated from all of that and take good care of their customers. And inside this bank you go to a desk instead of the teller for many of your transactions. That is a nice option and feels much more like a hometown bank which it is.

If you are a senior like me this is their main prey. Stay away and go to a local bank you can talk to a Human with a brain not reading off script. I am 2 months into a dispute from fraudulent charges. The bank Syncroncity is actually the Ukraine national federal bank with no physical address. They have been fraudulently catching my ach account on behalf of Harbor freight for over a year and Wells Fargo can't explain or put a human on the phone who will help. They have made me wait 3 ten business days only to come back with my name is on the account so denied. They don't know the term identity fraud. strongly suggest everyone stay as far away from Wells Fargo as they can. Go to a local bank like Conway national where a human will speak to you. Seniors like me beware they are horrible.
