UPDATE REVIEW: My husband purchased a Dodge Ram 1500 from here Nov 2023 in 5 months his truck wouldn't run and the bed of the truck fell in due to rust. Took it to a mechanic shop who stated it needed a whole new transmission. He called and complained to Moses who sold us the vehicle. He didn't 100% make it right being that we were able to trade it in for a 2018 Chevy Silverado but had to carry over negative equity because they didn't value the truck for what they sold it to us for. Even though they sold us a LEMON. That was April 2024. Now it's a WHOLE YEAR later MAY 1, 2025 and the second vehicle we got needs a whole new transmission which is going to cost $3500 - $5000 in parts and labor. My husband barely put any miles ob it and now on top of a truck payment he has to pay out of pocket to get a new transmission. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM TRUAUTO THEY HAVE POOR QUALITY VEHICLES AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! THEY FIX THE VEHICLES UP JUST ENOUGH TO GET IT OFF THE LOT! I went in looking to price out a truck for my husband. After getting the run around on a price for 45 minutes and getting shown 2 other vehicles, they gave me a number. I told my husband to look at the truck online and it was advertised online for 5 grand less than the "absolute lowest price they could do". I'm also active duty military and was in their store in uniform after i got off work. Be wary of the price quotes you get... apparently they like to lie about what they can do for you. read more

Put $6,000 down on a vehicle Saturday, Oct. 2, 2018, were put in a lender until Halloween day, picked up the car, full of LIVE roaches, picked up a handfull of loose change out of the floorboard, found a sippy cup with solidified liquid in it under the back seat, but took it home because after a month I was just ready to be in MY car. Nov. 1st, the car breaks down on me, the dash starts throwing codes, leaves me stranded, they send a tow truck and have me come pick up another lender, 3 days later, I find myself and my two children on the side of the road yet again, this time in another car straight off their lot, 2017 dodge journey to be exact, because it ran hot, luckily thats all it was, we put some water in it and took it back Monday, at which point they put me in another lender until Dec. 29th when my husband went to finally pick up our car, again, and when he got there found it gross, again. He asked that it be cleaned to which Hunter(our salesman) replied " Its after 5 o'clock, my detail guys are gone for the day." My husband asked that he clean it himself because there was no that he could bring it home like that after 3 months, and he agreed, and believe it or not THE CAR WOULD NOT CRANK!!!!! Finally, we received our money back, Jan. 2, 2019, but i reccommend that NO ONE shop at this LEMON LOT!!!! After leaving my children on the side of the road not once, but twice, I didnt even receive an apology, just that "cars are cars and they break down."
