Was told a price two thousand dollars higher. I showed the text and was told yes, they would honor the lower price. He even wrote the price quote for "out the door" total. I drove an hour home and back to get my possible trade in vehicle. Had to wait for them to look over my vehicle and then even longer to wait to see the same dealer only to be told they were not not going to honor the price quote. Complete waste of time dealing with these dishonest people.

Honda is a pretty good option as they're easy to make a reservation with online or on the phone and they're pretty fast. Moreover, the place is clean and has a good atmosphere. I dropped off my vehicle and was in and out quickly. After I dropped off the vehicle, they did a good job updating me on the work they did and anything else they found. That said, we all know what happens. "Dear Mr/Mrs so and so, while working on your vehicle we found..." and so the story goes. Honda does a good job but also explaining how important it is to get fixed and the cheapest alternative. It's not a pleasant conversation but unfortunately one that has to be made and they're very compassionate giving the news. Overall, for a dealership repair shop my experience was as good as could be expected. The people are nice and don't seem to try to "upsell" very much while giving the customer a clear report on what was done and what's needed. Just like anyone else, they keep your service records so they know the history when working on the vehicle. If you have a Honda, I give them a thumbs up with confidence!

The staff has, for the most part, been very friendly and accommodating. One time my car got slightly damaged during a routine service. (A lug nut got broken rotating tires) They swiftly set me up with a courtesy car and obviously fix the car for free and gave me a discount on the original service I had gone in for. We constantly call and even went by. We went as far as reaching out to Mr. Doeing the Service Manager and nothing, no return call or anything. it has been MONTHS and just trying to get some resolve. This is leaving my brother-in-law without his vehicle, which he uses for work, this behavior they are having towards getting this resolved is egregious at best and I would not recommend them to anyone. Believing that they were a reputable staple in the community for years, it is absolutely disheartening with the measures we are having to take to get this issue closed
