None of them impressed me until Greg from Windows on Washington came over. He walked me through several options and explained how the windows they used were manufactured and why. Windows on Washington got the job. My windows and my doors were being manufactured. So they sent out a wonderful gentleman to get the final accurate measurements. Great guy. After that, communication was wonderful as were were assessed of the stage we were in. This included when we got the email and calls explaining that, since we were on a higher floor, they needed to bring in some equipment to lift the new doors up to our balcony. No surprises. Installation day was amazing as Joon and his team came in, got everything into place, and cleaned up the areas to better than when they got here. Joon then went over the features on our windows and even explained how we get to and clean the outsides of the glass. Wonderful man and amazing team. Since then, we have gotten copies of our warranty and the guarantees. And the company has reached out twice to ask if we have any questions and to ensure that we are happy with our windows. We are. We are very happy with our windows. Almost as happy as we are with the people who got them into our home.

Oh man- the prices varied so much! Anderson came in with a quote around $75,000, they were easily denied- what a rip off. Marshall Roofing/Windows came in around $24,000 and a plan to install them at 3 different stages to space out the cost. We did over half of our windows with them and we were pretty satisfied. The windows we ordered were double pane Paradigm. However, before we did our last batch of windows, we noticed that they switched brands and the cost was quite a bit more. We turned to Hodges and opted for Provia windows, which were similar. The cost was less expensive than Marshall and everything went well. I think that looking at the outside and inside that they did a better job than Marshall. I'd highly recommend Hodges!

For a project that costs thousands of dollars, communication and follow-through matter. I understand companies get busy, but repeatedly promising callbacks that never happen is frustrating and discouraging as a customer who was ready to move forward.
