Efrain arrived at my home at the time we set up the initial inspection and was thorough in his assessment of what was needed. His price was very reasonable. The day of the installation, Efrain and his crew arrived on time and promptly started working. My home is 2-stories, which concerned me for safety reason; however, they were experienced and took all safety precautions. My gutters were completed in approx 2-3 hours and their cleanup of the job site was superb! The old gutters were in worse condition than I thought, so I'm very appreciative that this entire project, from the initial inspection to installation, took only a few days. At the time of final payment, I felt the owner's tone was unnecessarily confrontational when he said I had not submitted payment quickly enough. I did not appreciate how the situation was handled. He also stated that providing customers with photos was not something the company normally does, even though I had specifically been promised regular photo updates. Based on the lack of communication and my overall customer-service experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend this vendor.
