This latest time I called them a week ago and they were prompt on calling me back to go over the issue. They set up an appointment and were out here within 24 hours fixed the problem and was gone. We have nothing but high praise for Window World and the windows that we have in our house. They still have not been able to give me a price. I asked the consultant on the phone, What would two windows cost me? He gave me a price of $7000 for two windows. I paid around $1700 a year and a half ago per window now they're telling me it's over $7000 for two windows and that doesn't even include installation.
