I spoke with Lee and told him we were looking for blinds for our sunroom. He showed us what would be possible and ballparked an estimate about 1500 or so dollars. Of course that was an estimate so we made an appointment for Thursday morning when I work late shift. He said he would call and set up the time once he checked his weeks schedule. Monday I did not hear from him. So Tuesday I called. He told me that I did not call him. He had me penciled in but since I did not call, he had no time and his week was booked. I told him that he was supposed to call me and set up the time. He said NO. I, the customer was supposed to call him. So I asked about an evening appointment and he said his week is full. I then said, we came in Saturday, set something up for Thursday and now you do not have that because I did not call ? He was supposed to follow up. I said I am the customer, I wasnt supposed to call back. So his remark was, Fine, go find another store to work with, Then he hung up on me. If you want good customer service, DO NOT go here. Obviously a company that can blow off 1500 plus dollars of work must be doing very well and not need our business

I had two large living windows to cover (72 and 84 inch wide) and wasn't sure which style of blinds to go with. Julie was incredibly patient as I flip-flopped back and forth. She offered excellent advice and helped me weigh the pros and cons of all my options. She's so friendly (and funny) and easy to talk to, that I really felt like I had a friend shopping with me! An important aspect and something that I very much appreciated is that she gave me her honest advice regarding functionality and aesthetics, without trying to lean me toward the more expensive options. She genuinely wanted me to be happy with the style and color, no matter what I decided to go with. All my questions were answered promptly, whether I called, texted, or emailed. Her husband, Joe, did the quick and professional installation, and it was very reasonably priced. And I am absolutely THRILLED with my window coverings (I ultimately decided on Hunter Douglas top-down bottom-up blinds). We wanted to replace our older glass shower door and received three quotes from local suppliers…read more Pioneer Glass was prompt, patient and professional. They provided a schematic of how the door would look, and an easy to understand and competitively priced project proposal. The proposal also detailed several options we were considering, including 1/2" glass. We opted to move forward with Pioneer, they estimated it would take approximately three weeks to order our custom door. Just under three weeks later, our door arrived and was installed a few days later. There were no issues, the measurements were correct, door looked great and worked perfectly and swings easily, all 90 pounds of glass. And the 1/2" glass gives the shower a high-end look and feel. We'd be delighted to work with them again on our next glass related project.
