New to this area and we were given the name of Window Flair to come and discuss window treatments. I am delighted that I listened. Cheri McDermott came the next day to discuss product, measure all of our windows and explain the process of installation. Within a couple of weeks we had her installers come inside, working carefully and quickly, they installed a house full of beautiful blinds for us. They cleaned up and took all of the empty boxes and disposable paper away. They were professional and polite. I usually never give reviews but here it goes. I made an appointment for having Sharri come to my house and meet with us on window treatments. I was very upfront and perhaps to honest and told them that we are dropping for three quotes. Nothing different from any other work I get into my house that's up there on pricing. Called back again and spoke to Sherri this time. Bottom line terrible sales rep, my feelings. Told me they usually only give out pricing to compare if that is all I need. I do not have the measurements of all my widows and wanted expert advice. I work in sales and as a manager I would never hire her. You do ehat you need to take care of each customer. Busy or not. We are all busy. I'm slammed every day. I will not be recommending them and will talk about my experience with them at training events. read more

I've ordered blinds 3-times now from BlindsExpress and have been extremely happy with all 3-orders. For $35.00 per blind for a window size of 32"x78" the value and quality are commensurable. I purchased the Oyster Inside Mount. The pluses of this blind are, it allows light in while providing full privacy from passersby seeing in. read more

I ordered 2 blinds from their online store Blindsexpress.com. The web page for the item I ordered pictured a cellular blind with both a bottom up and top down function. I needed the top down to let light in at the top and block the lower half of my windows. When I went to hang them I found they were only the bottom up kind. I emailed the company and within 5 minutes i received phone call. The rep told me that "Cordless is Standard" on the page meant that this was only the bottom up kind. Apparently Cordless has some new meaning I was previously unaware of. The rep was rude and inferred I was an idiot for not knowing this. These were not cheap blinds and they expect me to purchase them again to replace them. read more

I ordered blinds for approximately 20 windows from Window Flair Inc. I provided my actual inside mount window frame measurements, which they state that they are supposed to deduct 3/8 inches; from. They ended up shipping me generic window blinds and valences (not valence returns) that required cutting by me. They have been incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout the entire ordeal. I am now having to go through the credit card company to get my money back from these scammers that ADVERTISE CUSTOM BLINDS, BUT SHIP YOU GENERIC ONE SIZE FITS ALL BLINDS. Attached is a sample valence that they shipped me for a 58 7/8 inches; inputted dimensions for an inside mount blind that came nearly 62 inches;. The company is telling me that the order was made correctly and that the valence that covers the blind rail should be an outside mount for an inside mounted blind with plenty of room on the inside to mount a properly cut valence. The other thing is I received the same sized valence of nearly 62 inches; for many different sized windows and the largest inputted window width was 58 7/8 inches, so the company clearly screwed up somewhere. Rather than fix the issue, they have been nothing but rude and giving me the run around and fighting me even on the credit card dispute. I have ordered and installed blinds from online blind retailers on 9 other occasions for rental properties. I am very familiar with the process, never had any issues, and have never seen someone ship one size fits all blinds and valences while charging custom blind prices. The owners, Carl and Constance Chiacchierini, are nothing but scammers. She will ship you one size fits all blinds and valences for various window sizes and tell you to cut them yourself while advertising that they are custom. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! read more
