Window Guys were able to get me on their schedule within just a couple days. Three guys showed up and were very friendly and professional. They got the job done in a timely manner and the windows look great. It was decided that we should leave the screens off of about 12 windows so they didn't have to put them back on. One star deduction because instead of storing them in the attic or garage they just left them leaning in the driveway. I called to get my dryer vent cleaned. The office staff was very professional and were able to get a date that worked for me. The guy that came to clean asked me a few questions about what the issue was, then got right to work. In 30 minutes, my dryer was heating up again and the sock that was stuck in venting is now back with its mate! Before he left, he offered to give me a few free estimates on some other things he noticed that needed to be done. I was really surprised that he was so observant. This is the first time I have ever had to write a bad review about a gutter cleaning company. Seems like a pretty simple job, come out clean gutters and leave. Was not simple for these guys. First off they made a mess of my yard and my pool by blowing all the crap out of my gutters onto everything. Second they missed a large gutter section that really needed to be cleaned. So I called them back and spoke to someone named Coley or Colby. This guy was complete jerk, he was more interested in getting me off the phone than listening to what I had to say. I told him that he missed a important section of gutters that was full of leaves and he said he would come back out. Apparently he was not listening at all on the phone, because when he came back out, he missed the same section again. It was not some hidden section, he was obviously mad he had to come back out and just tried to do a quick job again and missed it. You have to be pretty stupid to not be able to clean gutters correctly. Also when they sprayed black mud all over the side of my white house when they cleaned the gutters. On top of all of that they charged me $210 to do a crappy job, put crap on my lawn and in my pool and at the end of the day I had to go up there and clean the gutter my self. I would recommend anyone needing to get gutters cleaned to avoid these guys, over priced and completely incompetent on a simple job. read more
