INVENTORY: The inventory is minimal, most of the store looks unfilled. This is a good destination for winter attire like coats, boots, hats, and mittens. Because really who knows where to find their winter stuff?! The store has a great selection of pretty cheap and quality shoes. There is a bunch of seasonal decor for Halloween and Christmas. All the ghost stuff is adorable. STORE: The store is never crowded so you can really wander around not constrained. The store tends to be clean and well organized. SERVICE: The service is okay. The lines are pretty congested and always have one attendant creative a very slow experience. Staff aren't very attentive or supportive, ask clients to remove their own hangers from the merchandise. I infrequently visit this store due to more expensive and more modern clothing inventory at other local stores. I will soon shop for coats and boots though due to incredible deals.

The ordering process is easy, I just use the app on my phone, find my items and complete my order. This order was ready within 1 hour, they usually say give them two hours. You check in once you arrive and wait. I never waited over 10 minutes. The associates are wearing masks and maybe gloves, they confirm your name or order number from your app and put your items in the trunk if you like or hand them to you. It is a pretty smooth process! I will definitely continue to use the pick up option as long as it's available!

This location is extremely convenient because it is close to a Giant Eagle and several other grocery stores so I can get the things I need that aren't available at Target. I gave 2 stars because tonight I visited near closing time and was trying to get done picking things up so I could leave and they could close the store. There was this one employee with a very sour look on her face who made me feel very unwelcome as I was trying to get my items, almost like she was going to forcefully kick me out if I stood there for two seconds longer. I forgot my oat milk when I was checking out and went back to get it, and was exchanging evasive glances with this employee (who was hanging around the food area) as I was trying to stay out of her way, get my oat milk, and leave respectfully. She went up to me and said rudely "You need to go to the front" and FOLLOWED me (too closely) all the way back to the register. It was like I was running away from her and she was trying to arrest me. This sent me into a nervous breakdown with a lot of shaking (I have moderate-to-severe autism and get overstimulated/have breakdowns very easily). I will be avoiding this location for now.

After doing a quick search on Yelp I discovered that there was a TJ Maxx about two miles away. I was in luck, shopping here I come. I arrived to find this location of TJ Maxx in a shopping complex and easily found a parking spot. I grabbed a cart and made my usual loop around the store. One of the first things I noticed was how happy all the employees were. They were rather joyful, and it put a big smile on my face. I ended up finding a beautiful Two Faced makeup palette (I'm obsessed) and two beautiful sweaters. Check out was a breeze and I wouldn't hesitate to visit this TJ Maxx store again. Clean, organized, friendly staff, everything you'd want in a shopping experience.

Just like every zoo and amusement park rides end in a gift shop, all TJM's start you off in purses! So, that is where I begin because there are always good deals! From there, I look at jewelry, hair products, shoes, and then slow down the pace while checking things out in the home department. Who doesn't love looking at sheets, towels, art, jars, frames, candles, etc? TJM is mecca of all things good and tempting, just like Target but in a more exciting way because you just never know what you're going to find!

I think their model is here so simple but genius. They offer hundreds of different shirts - colors, brands, lengths - and you pick your shirt. Next, you choose the design from their wall and they create you a custom shirt in a few minutes. There is nothing worse than walking into a shop like this only to discover that the women's sizes look like they should fit children and that the mens sizes look too short for your tall friend. By offering a diverse range of brands, lengths and sizes, you can find anything you need. So, I'm not from Akron. Aside from liking The Black Keys and Lebron James, I don't have any relationship to the city. While most of the designs are Akron-focused, they have one Ohio-focused one I selected. My t-shirt came out great. It is so comfy and I love the color (because I picked it). Such a wonderful store with wonderful people. I'll be back!
