We were working with a short time frame between closing & when we needed to move in, but Jason was able to accommodate us. After we pulled up the carpet we found that there was plywood screwed, glued and stapled to the floor. We pried it up, chiseled away the glue and pulled (what seemed like) thousands of staples.
