It took months for the incorrect windows to arrive and then I had to wait months again for the correct windows. After getting the correct ones in, the employee who was installing the windows advised one of the windows was sized incorrectly and that he would need to come back again. I had to take off work again to deal with the incompetence, and it turns out he'd put the wrong windows in the frames. This cost me missed time from work and all I received were excuses.
